I find the Foothill post office to have better service than many other PO locations in Salt Lake City. There are times when the line is long and there is only one agent, and this is not good service, but overall they move things along pretty well.

The reason why the USPS is failing is because of their poor customer service. Nobody wants to use a system of employees who are always grumpy, never available, and who never answer the phones. Fix the customer service issues and you'll fix the USPS problems.
