Sure appreciate that our postal carrier went the "extra mile" in bad weather today to make sure a special package for our grand daughters stayed dry by tucking the envelope up against the front door!

Today july 1st 2020. We checked our mail and saw we received a letter from my mother in law, the envelope was ripped open. We messaged my mother in law thanking her for the letter and asked if there was any contents inside. She said that she had put money in it. Someone had the AUDACITY to rip open our mail and stole money, what if we really needed that cash? or if that was the last few bills she was kind enough to send us? How am I suppose to trust my mail carrier now? No wonder Trump wants to get rid of y'all if all you hire is a pack of thieves! This is at 717 Stubbs ave in provo.

just because your mail was ripped doesn't mean the mailman did it, there are these new things called thieves that steal stuff. It isn't hard to open a mailbox and feel for the heavy mail.(Heavy implies it has things inside)

I today, 2019 Feb 16th, found an envelope with my address in my locked mail box but it was cut and what was inside was taken. I have feeling that one of mailmen dared to do this. I'm so pissed off and want to know the name and face of the guy who did this and make that person pay for this and fire him, or I cannot trust the mailing serivice that hires thieves. I've been in the u.s. for 5 years but this is my first time to see this. Thanks Amarica.

You literally told him to spell correctly, and then proceeded to make several obvious grammatical and spelling errors. Don’t be a hypocrite.

I live at a complex at 1086 s. 950 e. in Provo and our entire complex's mailbox was filled from the back and left open tonight, a completely irresponsible act for a carrier. Over the last few weeks, I've gotten mail in y box for random people, not at my address every single day. Always different names, so this is a case of our carrier not giving a damn about his job or whether or not people get their important mail. I can't help but wonder what mail of mine is sitting on somebody else's counter. Hopefully my tax papers will get here soon! Please contact me concerning these issues and how they will be resolved asap. Thanks

At our address, 950 W 200 S APT #8. We always have problems with our delivery, because in the front of our apartment complex. There are the same numbers of apartments, the mailbox has two sides with the same numbers. They are always mixing up the packages with the same numbers, they are always losing things because they put packages that are not delivered properly. Please, be careful, that many items were lost and possibly you can't get a refund.

I am so upset the carrier has lost 3 packages. they say they was delivered but I did not received 1. I also get my neighbors mail all the time. They never answer the phones so I can complain. This is ridiculous one of my neighbors are getting my kids Christmas presents. All because of this careless mail guy

Poor customer service. Employee displayed carelessness in trying to find an important package. He was grumpy, annoyed with me, and lied about telling me he would call me about my package. I was patient for 36 hours calling him only twice to remind him. Finally I physically went in and the package had been sent to a different location. He didn't notify me. He neglected to own up to anything that happened. All I wanted was an apology and interest in trying to find my package. No. Completely disappointed in USPS.
