I noticed I wasn't receiving any mail in my box all of a sudden so I tried calling the post office for three day's straight and no one would the answer phone. So I missed work and went down there and one of the clerks looked into the issue and told me I had closed my mail box at my house and opened a box there at the post office, which I did not. They told me I couldn't get my mail until I talked to the postmaster. I've went there three times total and the postmaster is never there. I'm worried my mail is being placed in someone else's box.

I am SICK & TIRED of people I don’t know bringing our mail to us at 8:00 - 8:30. at night, Because it was delivered to wrong address!!! The mailman shouldn’t be on his phone while working, we are always getting other people’s mail..

Very lazy! The delivery driver constantly puts that they can’t deliver our packages because of “animal interference” which is a lie! We were told that was the reason my package which was supposed to be a gift for Valentine’s Day (which I paid extra to be here on Valentine’s Day) it says it was attempted to be delivered around 9:37 which we were still asleep and our dogs had not been outside at all. The delivery driver is just LAZY and doesn’t want to get out of the car. This has happened multiple times and it’s very frustrating. It is hard enough living in a small town but not getting the things you pay money for when they are supposed to be there then having to go into town to pick them up because of someone else’s laziness is truly disappointing and really makes me wonder if there is any training or any sort over oversight that goes on for the employees or if it is just a do whatever you want kind of place since it’s a small town post office who gives a crap. I’m sure nothing will change because it’s small town price but against all hope I hope someone will see this and at least make a little effort to make a change.

I understand things are slow, due to covid. But this is getting ridiculous having the mail delivered around 6pm!
