We went to this post office to get our passports done last year and the lady was wonderful. Great experience. This time, there was a different woman who was the exact opposite. Between walking away before fully answering our question to rudely tossing a pair of scissors to me to giving us hurried and bothered responses... her attitude was incredibly disturbing and had we been the type of people we were 10 years ago, we would have had serious words. We left without completing services and hope she either brushes up on her customer service, aka people skills in general, or be kept in the back away from patrons.
