You have changed the key on my mail box at 408 E Braidhill Dr. The key will not go into the slot. It goes in all the others but not mine. Your new keys are worthless. I have tried to call, no one answers your phone. It rings until it automatically hangs up. Call again, same thing. Some body please email me or call [number removed] and get this taken care of.

I am concerned that whoever delivered mail to 76 E Draper Hill Dr today left my pharmacy delivery in an open package box and put the key to an empty package box in our mailbox. Fortunately I checked the mail early this afternoon. This was a months supply of controlled medication.

I am lodging a complaint about our mail man. Since we moved in about 3 years ago the mail man has very seldomly picked up our mail. I watched today as he put the mail in the box pushed back the outgoing mail and placed in the mail to be delivered in the box. We have an encased bank of mail boxes (regular) NO flag. I put the outgoing mail in the front of the box so it can be seen. there is no place for outgoing mail to go except in our mailbox. A mail man who ignores or cant take 1 to 2 seconds to pick up outgiong mail, is lazy and has no buisness being a mailman. It is rediciculous for me to drive to the post office( even if it is close ) every time I need to mail something..

We have not received the ads for stores for 3 weeks. I am wondering if our delivery person is just throwing them away.

The delivery person for 277 W 13490 S in Draper is pretty incompetent and considered my items not deliverable when in fact the address was clearly printed and correct. USPS even told me this and apologized but still lost my package. It never got returned to the sender. Now I am out a $500 watch. I was told several times to hold on a claim while you locate my package then the period for claims expired. She is sloppy and possesses ZERO interest in resolving issues or paying attention. Happened again today... TIRED OF THIS

Any time I've had to go into the post office for anything the people behind the counter have been able to help me and they've been friendly. I think there should be more people working behind the counter when the line is really long but other than that it's been OK.

What would you expect from a government employee. No motivation, no incentive, no service. And we almost elected a democrat. If I have anything important to mail it will go another way.

I wish I could write zero stars. Their manager is the rudest person I have EVER encountered in "customer service". I got off work 4:30PM and I headed straight there to send a package to Brazil. I got to the register about 5:21-ish PM. I ha to fill out some different forms and their system was taking forever to recognize the city I was sending to. It got to about 5:40PM. Their manager was like, you can't just be coming here at any time you want like that. I arrived there 45 minutes before they closed and 10 minutes at the register. I had my box all taped up and ready to go with the address in hand. Her nastiness gave the the poorest taste of the post office ever! They made Wal Mart Customer service look good. I work in customer service and I would NEVER get away talking to a customer like that!!!
