I always find the employees at our post office to be both courteous and knowledgeable.

A PACKAGE I HAD COME FROM CHINA AND IT SAID DELIVERED BUT WAS NOT AND THE POST OFFICE COULD NOT HAVE CARED LESS THAT I NEVER GOT IT. HER RESPONSE WAS WELL WHEN THINGS COME FROM CHINA SOMETIMES YOU GET THE WRONG THING. I ASKED THEN WHERE IS THE WRONG THING. NO ANSWER. SAME THING HAPPENED ONE WEEK LATER AND LUCKILY I GOT THAT PACKAGE THEY HAD DELIVERED TO THE WRONG HOUSE. SO IF THE WILMER PO LEAVES YOUR THINGS AT THE WRONG HOUSE YOU ARE JUST OUT WHAT IT COST. THAT S GREAT TO KNOW. I DO NOT TRUST THEM AT ALL NOW . RIDICULOUS

So, the post office was closed in Hutchins and the sign says this is the next closest location. The hours are worse. I always try my best to use USPS for my business, but USPS is making it so difficult to actually go to a location that i have no choice but to switch. You open after people go to work and close during their lunch AND close before they can leave work. It's flat ridiculous.

I recently had a package issue and the online tracking service stated that the package "attempted to be delivered but there was no access". i called the the post office to ask about what the issue was and stated that i have been at the address since 7:00am. the lady on the phone was extremly rude and didnt want to hear what i was saying. i did not raise my voice or was rude back, i just was trying to explain what i was seeing online page. i wasnt mad at the post office just wanted to make sure that the package wasnt sent back to sender. the lady told me that there must have been a computer mistake and when i went to ask her about what time the package would be delivered she hung the phone up on me. This is very frustrating and the 2nd time a rude person at the post office has handled my phone call. i understand they might get a lot of phone calls and some people are very rude to the USPS workers, but i was not rude, i didnt raise my voice, and just trying to explain what i was seeing. i think maybe need a costumer service training or attitude change is needed.

I'm a resident here in Wilmer however I am very disappointed with the Wilma Postal Service why. as a resident I have an option if I purchase a product I am waiting for it to come to my front door unless I give permission otherwise I feel that the postal service has violated rules and regulations that they are to follow the manager at the Postal Service in Wilmer I feel need to be suspended or fire this is unacceptable unless there is a written statement to The Postal Service my package is not to be left with anyone nor did your worker leave me any information about my packet have been delivered this is unacceptable something needs to be done about this you can't come up with your own rules and regulations management disgusting

Employee here does not know his numbers. My mail goes to someone else. Cost me fifty two dollars. USPS says too bad. I have to accept that the USPS cannot deliver mail. John McRaney
