Missing mail. From San Diego to Weimar. Missing mail. From Weimar to San Diego.

I am very disappointed right now with our postal service! I reside at 334 E Sedan Rd, Weimar, TX 78962 for 25 years and have never had any problems receiving my important mail until now. I have ordered my drivers license 3 times since March 1, 2017 and have yet to recive it in my mailbox because it it being returned for wrong address. Our Steven James Stock moved last year and put in an address change at the post office for his change of address. So now any mail that comes in my legal name of James Steve Stock is being returned for wrong address. I do not understand what is going on but have been to the Weimar Post Office 3 times to inquire about it. The Weimar Postmaster told my wife and I that it is in the machine and she can do nothing about it. She said we need to tell the Drivers License Dept. to put it in a white envelope and write James Stock with the adress so we will receive it. They cannot do it because these items are mass mailed. PLEASE help me recive my new drivers license. We are vey Annoyed and Angry right now.
