I received a notice yesterday on 6-16-2023 & I expected a package & this mourning I received another notice that it wasnt delivered for a fake reason or another . Truth is , someone had stolen it from the inside - one of the P.O Employee or more than 1 . This happened before & there are no excuses other than Thieves .

I have never had an issue at Wford PO, they work quickly, take care of issues . I return lots of stuff i buy online. The current and previous route carriers bring in packages and pick up our mail. They come in to check for ma at work even when nothing to deliver. All things mailed there go quickly to Ohio, Dallas, and Louisiana.

I personally handed a birthday card over to a postal worker, made sure it had the right postage on it then the lady helping me put it in a basket with other mail this was at the end of September. It had never arrived to its destination I felt like I should just mail from my home town where people are honest. Should have gone with my instincts I am disgusted with Weatherford and there service.

Our Rural Carrier that delivers M-F is the worst carrier. I have as well as other in the neighborhood packages left in wrong boxes or wrong keys to boxes several times a month. They jam packages in the boxes that are too big because they are too lazy to bring to our home. I hope the postal service goes out of business.

Kudos to my mail carrier who delivered the mail that was held at my request while I was out of town. The carrier delivered the held mail after her shift to be sure I received it on the date requested. She also left a voicemail message letting me know where she had placed the bundle on my porch and apologized for delivering after regular hours. I hope all carriers are as bconscientious as she is. Thank you!

My daughter's senior picture was folded and put in mailbox!!! I have never had such bad service from another post office. I just hope Jostens will replace it. I will be calling in a complaint when office opens tomorrow

Worst service ever!!! Did not receive package...carrier said it was due to my box being full and said they left a notice. They did not leave a notice and of course a childs guitar from amazon is too big. If the post office is going to deliver for Amazon, perhaps they should not expect all the packages to fit in a mailbox. I called the post office twice to locate this package and was put on lengthy hold until I was disconnected. My next 2 attempts at calling were met with busy signals. Why is the post office not able to track a package from yesterday??????

I received excellent help from Patty Friday morning. I was closing a PO Box and getting a refund. She assisted me throughout the process. Very pleasant experience. Her supervisor was not pleasant and was put out during my visit. If this is the way she treats those she oversees, good employees will not tolerate her berating and leave. Again, Patty did a great job!

I sent certified mail... A large $$ check. They did NOT get a signature! The delivery guy just put in the mailbox, maybe? Nobody knows.... HOW??? I sent that certified for a reason. I needed the signature. I can not find the mail now. Should have been delivered the 24th, then the 25th, then the 26th... I have not heard anything else about it. They now can not find it. REALLY!!! You guys need help!! Seriously.

I'm not sure what the issue is with the mail getting here so late. We have businesses to run! I don't know if you need help in main office or the sorting office or what it is, but you all need help. The same thing happened last year. My carrier is absolutely wonderful but its not fair she has to pick up the slack for other inconsiderate employees that take their sweet time!!!

Absolutely awful service. They refused to send a package to the address on the box because they thought it was a mistake when it is a valid address. Called to fix the situation and I was met with hostility, unprofessionalism, and complete disregard that the carrier was in the wrong by Bonnie and her supervisor. These people are in charge of delivering mail every day, and run the same routes every day, you would think they would be competent enough to deliver a package.

I thought being able to read was a necessity for working for the post office, I guess it isn't. The fill-in or temporary mail delivery person (male) puts my neighbor's mail in my mailbox every time he runs our route. I don't know if he is just dumb or smoking crack.But, I am tired of it.

l never received my electric bill for October 2020. I called the company on October 5, 2020 and they said billing went out September 29th. They told me the amount to pay so l put a check in my mail box also mailed another bill out to another vendor at the same time. As of today October 15, 2020 both companies have not received their payments. I haven't received any mail in 2 days myself. Can someone please tell me what has happened to our postal service?. I am furious. I watched a substitute carrier drive around in the neighborhood ( black sedan with a amber light on top ), like a lost person. I live on Ann Brown Dr. This occured on July 16, 2020. When I did not receive the packages that were stated by USPS that they were out for delivery, I checked the status. The status now reads returned to Post Office for holding per customer request. That is one hundred percent FALSE. I never spoke to anyone.

I couldn't agree more with the reviews over the years. Our mail keeps getting delivered to the wrong address. We keep getting other peoples mail. I've only lived in Weatherford for 2 years and in all my years in FTW have never had such horrible mail carrier service. I called earlier today because I was supposed to receive a package and it went to someone else instead. And I got someone elses package. Same house number but totally different street name. Ridiculous. Now the package that I was waiting on shows delivered but I don't have it because who knows which house the carrier delivered it to.

telephone is always busy. 4 of us called all this morning and yesterday afternoon. If I could physically get to the Postmaster to have one question answered, I wouldn't have to keep redialing. Only one number available for my post office, and it's always busy.

My daughters been staying with me this school year. So when their mom sent them some money so they could go and buy homeschool clothes yet they never got the letter. I had an extra debit card sent so my girls could use if I was working they could still buy anything they needed. Not here yet asked for it 5 months ago now my girlfriend sent my daughters a present. I was outside all day yesterday waiting for mail. Then girlfriend sent text showing they had tried to deliver and nobody was home so left a message.

This post office is really terrible. They keep delivering my packages to wrong addresses. When I talk to them their response is always sorry we delivered the package to someone and we don't know who. The carrier scanned the package at your address and says they delivered them so there's nothing we can do for you. I'm evidently supposed to go door to door accusing my neighbors of theft. Apparently they are only required to deliver, but not actually to the correct recipient. Their advice is to report the packages as stolen. Makes me wonder how many packages are only being "delivered" and are actually going home with employees.

I have had many issues with our mail carrier delivering the wrong mail to my house, not closing the mail box, throwing packages at my door etc. I found out many of my neighbors have had even more issues such as him being rude to them and damaging deliveries. He seems very fidgety and worked up and I am afraid to approach him. Does the USPS do drug testing? With all of the many many complaints I have heard of him, I am surprised that he still works to deliver mail here.

9361289670090204708997 - tracking number This item was an Amazon Prime Sunday delivery. The box was much to big for the mailbox. So instead of bringing it in the driveway to the house (which is the usual procedure of my carrier) it was left sitting on the side of the street. With all the theft of packages at this time that was not a wise decision by the PT carrier. Please I request that in the future do not leave large packages on the street. I was notified that usps had left my package on the street by one of my neighbors so I could retrieve it, otherwise it could have been stolen. I love my regular carrier Debbie, she is the best.
