Where to begin? Carrier frequently does not pick up outgoing mail, for days. Carrier does not know how to use their brakes and slides thru the rocks in drive and scatters all in front of box. Most recently claims to have tried to deliver package on a Monday when we were not home, there was no "slip" left for redelivery. Used the automated service for redelivery on Saturday and of course a no show. What a sloppy, unprofessional mess!

'TRISH' my mail carrier here in Briarcliff mis-delivered an expensive retail package to neighbor down the street in JANUARY. I have gone through what would be ridiculous measures to anybody, to try and retrieve it/get reimbursed. STILL dealing with it. If anyone in my area has dealt with similar issues, PLEASE report it, or else nothing will change. It is seemingly hopeless being treated fairly by USPS. I essentially have been robbed, and they are holding the retailer responsible without any accountability for their poor handling. They even had me PERSONALLY try and retrieve my mis-delivered package from my neighbor. I would love any suggestion/ advice on this matter if anyone can help. Gone through main USPS and they have sent me down holes to chase a document to MAIL to the STOLEN packages retailer and I have no idea how to retrieve, and now cannot reach USPS. Okay, ranting! Thanks...just so frustrating..

No mail Friday or Saturday right after Thanksgiving. This is not the first time either. The carrier is a slop artist and throws the mail in the box all scattered everywhere. PO never does a thing about it when told. It is a sad day indeed when these people can't do their job on our money. They all should be fired and have some folks that can do the job. My next call will be the postmaster General to see what he will do about this mess.

The staff are great folks and always helpful with mail services. They deserve our thanks for all they do behind the scenes to deliver for us!

Road leaving from post office is always in terrible shape with potholes so deep you can fill with water and swim in them... And here lately everytime you walk in the door a pungent odor from what I'm guessing is the septic system is in disrepair. COME ON SPICEWOOD GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER, OR I WILL CANCEL MY ACCOUNT.

I was expecting to receive a certified letter and have been waiting all day and following updates. When calling to complain how carried flew past me without even stopping I was told that she is very busy.... never have I been so upset with mail delivery services. I would have picked up myself. Learn customer service please!
