I ordered something recently and got an email saying it was in my mailbox on the 18th. I still don’t have my package.

I have a regular mailbox that I can receive my mail and my packages but I ordered some stuff and expected my packages to be in my mailbox but I haven't received them and my tracker says it's been delivered on the 25th of February but my packages are not here so I'm starting to wonder if the mailman stole my packages or delivered my packages to another address. I just want my packages. The mailman can deliver our bills but he can't deliver our packages that we order this is ridiculous cause this isn't the fist time he has done this and people have to chase him down to get their packages that they ordered. ALL PEOPLE WANT IS THEIR PACKAGES THAT THEY ORDERED HOW HARD IS TO DELIVER PEOPLE'S PACKAGES TO THEM.

I am new to Seminole and living in a 5th wheel at one of the parks here in Seminole. To get our mail, we have to get a P.O. box. I ordered something online, and had the yellow piece of paper that was in my box with my number on it. I turned it in to receive my package (which shows via tracking number it is there) and the extremely rude hispanic lady at the front tells me that there is no package here and that she didn't miss it since there is only 5 packages. I told her I can show her with my tracking number it is there and she says, "No, I didn't miss it and have other people to help." Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced at a USPS location, if I had any other option to receive my mail elsewhere, I would.
