Hello- I got a rather rude response to something that I do not recall- may I be informed. It is from a Christine Estes- with the cute suggestion to "Look it up"

My packages got shoved into a apartment mailbox and could not be removed and I waited got the mail carrier to open the box on 3 7 23 and it was missing the packages and the mail man told me that they know someone has a arrow key in this complex and is stealing our mail why is that happening if the Post office knows it is helping people stealing mail

how do I request new lock and key to my mail box? Went to post office off of Ingram road in San A ntonio Tx stood in line for 2 hrs (it never moved) I am disabled and had to leave. There was 1 young man handing out mail and packages, there were 25 people ahead of me. some one jammed my mail box lock my key will NOT fit the into the lock. Its been hard to open since I moved here but I haven't been able to get my mail since friday 5/27/2022 we have tried compressed air and WD40 and they didn't help I receive medications and medical equipment in the mail so its essential for me to be able to access my mail box

Hello, I would like to see how an issue could be corrected. I have sent two items, packages, to an address on SPRING BRIDGE in San Antonio, TX. Each time it gets held up in your station and not delivered until we start looking for it and then have to go into the post office to pick it up. I noticed when I send a package the address gets abbreviate to SPRG BRDG or something like that. I don't know of sure, but I think this could be the problem. If the abbreviation could be removed and just use the whole name, that may work. Or you have individuals who are not familiar with this street. It is not a new development or in what might be considered a 'rural' area. Please do something to make this issue stop. It is rather frustrating to send things and not be confident that our Post Offices will not get the mail delivered correctly or at all. I'm just a grandmother trying to send items to her grandchildren. Thank you. Ms. Spicuzza

Far too long of a wait in line everytime I come to 5510 sw loop 410 location at least 3hr wait time....miserable pick up window. The person comes to window and asks a couple of questions and then leaves for half an hr. Maybe he has the pkg when returns. There is at least 20 people in line all the time. Lousy way to run this dump. Need to hire someone or 2 or 3 more for this place.

Bad service 1) went to counter to get package and clerk told me to go to UPS. 2) UPS gave me USPS tracking and told me to go back to Leon Valley. 3) Leon Valley supervisor not sure where package is, might be out for delivery. 4) postman brings package 2days late. 5) Employees parking In customer parking lot in handicap Spots. Supervisor knows but does not enforce. 6) Employee walking around behind counter with no mask. Really!!

I mailed a package at the Post Office in Aubrey, Tx on May 28,2019 addressed to Barbara Marraro, 3322 Cherokee Lane, San Antonio, Texas 78253. It has yet to be delivered. I checked with our post office here in Aubrey and was told that because I did not pay for tracking there was nothing that I could do but try to contact the post office that delivered the mail to the above address as it might be held there for incorrect postage or incorrect mailing (mailed in brown envelope bought from post office; put required number of stamps on the envelope as checked by the post office employee. Just trying to track this package down with the hopes that it can be returned to me or delivered to Ms. Marraro. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Is there a U.S.P.S. legal department at the 10410 Perrin Beitel Rd. location? If so, how can I reach the legal department with a probable misrepresentation of two (2) mailings using my name and address to obtain county government information.
