Please fix mail box group. Vandalized over three months now, and another group just was vandalized. Please replace with better quality as the rest of the neighborhood. Braun farm 78254

I have been waiting since Feb. 2021 to get someone to come out to our property to take a look at our mailboxes and get them replaced. the door that opens for the entire box is very loose and unstable and can easily be forced open. I am constantly worried about our mail getting stolen. this is of extreme importance to our community because everyone here is on SSI or Disability and count on there checks to be on time! Please get this addressed ASAP.

Service is super slow and the line is always out the door. New keys for mailbox have take over 4 weeks and still not ready. I was told the person was on vacation for a week and still can not get any answers as to when the keys will be ready. Mail is supposed to be held for pickup but I have only receive 5 pieces of mail in 30 days and have been told it may be in the mailbox as “temporary” drivers probably don’t hold it like they should. Customer service is horrible and no one answers the phone at any time!!

Just went into tho post office at Leon Valley Huebner location a postal worker is at counter NOT wearing a mask . I offered to give one to him. Stevie replies it is a federal building he is not required to wear one, if he gets sick he gets sick”. In the meantime the floors are marked where to stand and every single person in there has a mask on except for him. The purpose of the masks is to prevent your own germs spreading in the event you are positive for Covid19. Just read the postal unions mandate to npmhu.org info for use of masks april 21st 2020 . I would like to file a complaint but no one is answering their phones to do so.

I live at the VILLAS OF LEON VALLEY APARTMENT. I can't understand why the carrier does not pick up the out- going mails. We have a dead line on our bills to paid on time. It has been 3 days now that the out going mails is not been picked up. This is not the first complaints I have voiced to managements in the past. I would appreciated if someone would look into this.

I have called all day to report the abuse I received this morning from Mario. They will not answer the phone. I contacted OIG and will also contact the news and keep contacting till this gets taken care of, I was mortified and all i wanted was boxed to fill for the military guys that are free. What is wrong with people

This is one of the worse offices i have ever dealt with. I had a certifed letter coming to my apartment. Instead of the mail person coming to my apartment to drop it off . he left a noticed . i thought maybe i missed them knocking on my door . so i scheduled a redelivery and again the mail person left a notice instead of coming to my door . so i tried calling . that was a joke with in it's self . i call for 2 hours .1st 2 hours it rang and then it was busy . ok they get paid descent money and have good benifits . but half ass do their job. Something needs to be done about this location because there are lots of complains and noone doing anything about it

Our address is 9355 Juniper Spring, San Antonio, TX 78254. We have mail that should have arrived last week at the latest from 3 different locations. One was mailed from Tyler Tx. , Dacula, Ga, and Tampa, Fla. All mailed around the same time. We were out of town at this time and the post office was holding our mail. When we returned these were not in our delivered mail. The one from Tampa, Fla was from Mastercard. Also when returning notice one of the package boxes had a key in it and was open and there was a package in it. We get the wrong mail in our box alot and we deliver it to the owner, as people have done for us. The mail was being held July 22 till July 29th. Your post office needs to be held accountable for doing their job. We have called and complained before, and get a rude answer and have been lied to , after talking to mail person and getting the true facts. I will be reporting this to the Postmaster General ..this post office is not doing their job. Furious !!!

By far one of the worst post offices. I went on Saturday to pick up my package and the pick up window had a closed sign. When I finally get up to the counter after being in line for 45 minutes they inform me they cannot find it. They would be talking with the driver and give me a call. I have received no call. Today I have been trying to call both numbers 210-520-5962 and 210-520-3041. So far over 40 calls back to back and no answer. I wish I could change post offices.

You constantly deliver my mail to my neighbors. You lose my bills so often that I go to another post office to mail them. And now you won't deliver my package. It has been in your hands for WEEKS and you just bounced around. And now I don't know where it is because you won't ANSWER YOUR ****ING PHONE and you stopped updating the tracker last week. KILL YOURSELVES, YOU USELESS WASTES OF SPACE, SO MAYBE SOME COMPETENT PEOPLE CAN START WORKING THERE.
