Postal Locations

I’m bed bound and disabled. I’ve been waiting on medication to be delivered and no pink slip was left on the door. No one is answering the phone. It has been approximately 10 days since I ordered it. My pharmacist told me my medication has been at the post office since the 19th and today it’s the 27th. This has been a problem for awhile. It depends on which delivery person it is.

Horrible Horrible customer service skills was left a notice for a package on door when I went to pick it up they couldn’t get find it so they took my number and said they’d call when the mail carrier returned ..no call ever came so I called the post office 37 times listened to it ring 3 times before getting a busy signal no one ever answered the phone so I drove 16 miles round trip back down to the post office where once again they could not locate my package I scheduled a redelivery and instead of getting my package I got a final notice so I filled the paper out left it in my mailbox and still no package was delivered went back to the post office and again they couldn’t find my package and said they’d call when the mail carrier returned and again no call came 43 more times I called the post office and the phone was never answered… this is very irresponsible incompetent people working in this location and to this day STILL NO PACKAGE AND THEY CANT TELL ME WHAT HAPPENED OR WHERF IT WENT IDIOTS TO SAY THE LEAST AND THESE ARE THE PEOPLE HANDLING OUR MAIL AND PACKAGES SAD SAD SAD!!!!

Horrible post office. Only delivers mail when they feel like it. They deliver open packages so whatever you ordered is missing from inside.

Was standing outside waiting on our mailman by the mailbox. He saw me a sped up passing me without acknowledging me. I am expecting something today very important.

Worst post office in the US.

Medications requiring a signature were supposedly attempted to be delivered 12/9/20 at about 4pm. The tracking shows that there was "animal interference". There are NO outside animals, only small dogs inside. No one knocked that we know of. No notice of attempted delivery was left either on the door or in the mailbox, which is on the street. No second attempt was made either. I'm disabled and these are important medications.

In the past two weeks, I have had an expense check and a Card (condolence) missing from my mail. I have informed delivery and oddly I received all other mail items that it said were coming but those that may have had monetary value didn't. I'm a little concerned.

Received numerous PCs of mail today for other addresses. I wonder where all MINE ended up?!?! Please do something about this...

I have too had packages marked "delivered on front porch" that I never received. I have tried call the post office in Royse City only to be hung up on. I can never get through! Today I again had a package marked delivered on front porch. Instead of waiting the 7 days noted online before you request help, I decided to look on my neighbors doors. And found my package. Now to only locate the package delivered 6/3 that was a gift for my sons birthday.

I had several packages from Amazon sent to my house in Royse City. Tracking said that they delivered but no packages! Either they were stolen (which would be a first) or the Postal service did not deliver or misdelivered them (I had no mail on this day also). Who do I contact with this concern?

I live on Singleton Dr, In the last couple weeks when mail is delivered the door to my mailbox is being left hanging open periodically. I just left to pick up lunch and drove down my street and there were 10 boxes just on my street that the door was left hanging open. How hard is it to make sure the door is shut and secure..if it rains our mail is soaked.. the wind gets up then mail will be blown away.

have had several packages stolen by the delivery person. which never attempted to knock on the door or deliver the packages. please fire the current mail deliverer.

Working with RC PO has been easy and they are great - even though our mail boxes are plagued with someone stealing our mail, the post office can only do so much. We have had packages delivered to our neighbors but after talking with them, they have corrected - thanks!

We live on Bent Tree Rd in Royse city. We got a registered letter notice that requires a signature. The post person left it on our mail box and never attempted to deliver to our door. My husband and I both were home. I am expecting another registered letter that requires a signature. I hope that this mail person will be able to make it to my door this time.
