It’s RIDICULOUS that no one ever answers the phone! I didn’t get a package that tracking shows as delivered but can’t get a hold of anyone to confirm the delivery address. Is this post office just a building with boxes or are there actual human beings working there?!? Obviously new employees are needed since no one there seems to do THEIR JOB!!!!

Can’t find an address 1.5 miles from them. I would say didn’t try very hard due to the fact I get many packages delivered daily to same address from other shippers, pitiful guys.

I had a package they “tried” to deliver on Thursday. I checked out the reason they couldn’t deliver it and it said “address not found”. We get mail here all the time. My guess is they put the address in a GPS which shows us about 5 miles from where we live. It was not our regular delivery person so they were clueless. I have added the name of the RV park we live in, hopefully that will minimize future confusion.

My husband has been trying to get an item to assist his hearing difficulty. He found out that the post office or somebody sent it back. I thought the post office in Rockport had some sort of contract with Fedex, UPS or whoever to get our packages to us IT'S NOT WORKING FOLKS!!! Now he's gotta jump thru hoops to get this item AGAIN!!! HELP! We're not young and trying to stay well in this virus age.

Purchased a lot last year (2018) in Rockport 78382, built a home, now trying to get mail delivery. The USPS is stating we are not registered with the township/city by the builder (which is BS). USPS told me they needed an address verification letter from the township/city. Did that. Go back to the post office one day later with this letter they requested to be told they will not deliver to anyone on Lone Star Rd! Just moved in, have all my bills coming to my house address, but the post office is refusing to deliver. Any suggestions?

I have had postal service all over the USA and this is beyond a doubt the WORST postal service I have ever encountered. Most probably not the Post Office itself but in fact the contract labor that delivers. LOUSY and totally uncaring. Secondly I do not appreciate a third party handling my mail. All other places that i have stayed have had a group mail box where the mail was put into individual boxes and not handled by a third party. I do believe that it is illegal for a third party to be handling mail. Correct me if I am wrong. My understanding is that the carrier refuses to deliver to a group mailbox at the site of the office. Probably because it will take too much time to do his/her job properly. LAZY

I wanted to add my review since most I read said horrible answering of their phones. I sent a package from Amazon and was undeliverabl. It needed a signature, which I had no idea this particular item needed on. I called the post office and in 2 rings someone answered and answered my question of where my package was at. So my experience was good.

Absolutely the worst! Liars! Every time I have an Amazon package to be delivered on Sunday, the Postal Worker marks it as undeliverable due to no access. Our doors are never closed and they always have access to our property. They don't even drive in to check. If you can't handle the Amazon delivery contract, just let them know and we will receive our packages from other carriers. This has to be the worst Postmaster in the country! Get your employees on board and try your best to get them to quit lying about what they are doing on the job! Or lack thereof! What morons!

This exact thing happens to us MOST Sundays —I am expecting an Amazon Prime package on Sunday, and the USPS claims my address is blocked and the package is undeliverable. After months of this with no blockade or lack of access to my residence—it is ridiculous because it is the same old lie. Once, the post office changed it up and said—it was delivered after 7:00 p.m. Well, we did not get it, and my husband stood in line during COVID 19 with a bunch of other people who were complaining about the same thing happening to them. The clerk checked the tracking and said it was just now Out for Delivery. Look, I get it. If people don’t want to work Sundays—just tell the customers, and we can choose to have it expedited or delivered via UPS or Fedex, but STOP LYING. It’s infuriating.

Worst service ever. No package delivery or attempted delivery contrary to usps information. No card left anywhere. Impossible to track accurately any package. You also never answer the phone. Does anyone ever read these reviews??

Rockport, Texas PO is the worst PO in the world! Delivering mail to the wrong houses, dropping packages out of their delivery trucks, scanning items as being delivered when they haven’t been! Something needs to be done ASAP!

I had a product shipped from Amazon to a friend in Rockport. When I used the tracking number to see why she never received the package, I found that they never even tried to deliver it. The package arrived at the postal facility in Rockport at 7:20 AM on 9-27-17, and at 7:28 AM on 9-27-17, they entered that they were unable to gain access to the front door to deliver it. I call bull! Really? You drove six miles round trip, attempted to get to the front door and then were able to key the information into the computer. All in 8 minutes. Wow! You must be superman! They simply didn't want to deliver the package. That package never left the postal facility before it was sent back to Amazon. I'm not happy!

We had a packaged to our address today which doesn't belong here. You think this problem could get cleared up any time soon? This is an ongoing occurrence.

I had a letter in my box to be picked up on Saturday, May 21, 2016. The mail carrier went by and didn't even slow down. I know I had a paper to be delivered, but I guess he/she was in too big a hurry to do his/her job. What idiots!!!!!!!!!!!!!
