I wanted to get a hold of the robstown postal service...I just moved here the 22nd and my mailbox is attached to the front house my address is 813 west avenue D Unit # B Robstown, Tx 78380...but the delivery driver keeps putting my mail in the house there are two mailboxes there mine say 813 B and the lady who lives in the front house is a below mine...so the carrier puts our mail together without reading if it's A or B...my mail shows up in my email so I can see everything thing that is coming including the neighbors mail...I just need to get in touch with the Robstown, Tx postal service but the number they have just rings and hangs up...I would appreciate it if you could work this out...thank you Marsha McPherson

Our postal carrier obviously doesn't know how to do his job correctly, he literally leaves our mail everywhere else but our address like he leaves our mail with others that have the same digits as us but different street name. He also takes pictures of dropping off our packages at our home but doesn't actually deliver the package. And he has literally left our packages with another neighbor and when contacted he claims he's going to get the package cause he admitted leaving it at another address but yet again never brought us the package back. (THIEF) So today I went and complained and the post master obviously has anger issues cause let me tell you he's the most unprofessional post master I've ever been in contact with yelling at me all because I asked that he call the carrier to ask him where he actually left our package since the carrier snapped a photo of my driveway only which is no proof her left it there and the postmaster started yelling telling me I wasn't going to tell him how to do his job and told me he was done with me. Of course I gave him a piece of my mind as well, As I turned to leave I told him I was going to report him and he yelled back at me telling me 'YOU NEED THE NUMBER" I said nope. I think postal carrier and post master are in a big scam together stealing their customers packages. This man needs to be FIRED!

They literally never answer their phones! I have called on several occasions over the last 2 1/2 years that we have lived here and I have NEVER been able to get anyone to pick up the phone there!

Tried calling multiple times and no one answered the phone. I’m beyond livid that I know have to drive to get a question answered and speak to someone face to face instead of people correctly doing what is in their job description.
