We have had missing mail. Checks, driver's license and ATM card. Also one day I received two packages at my doorstep for two different addresses and people. I brought them in to the Roanoke Post office to re-deliver. There seems to be theft going on.

I have lived in two differwnt address/houses in Trophy Club. Both have had horrendous mail delivery. I frequently get others mail and now my mail isn't being forwarded even though I paid online to have it changed. I have had to deliver mail to neighbors often. Funny, zive never gotten my misdirected mail. I can see online what is supposed to be coming. Need to look for a new postmaster and staff replace the contractor who delivers the mail.

I live on Marvin drive in Keller. For the four years I've lived here, I've had a particular carrier refuse to put my packages on my porch. She leaves them on top of the mailbox or on the ground, regardless of weather. I've had things taken and others ruined by rain. It's sad to know theres no recourse.

I have had horrible service at the Northwest Regional Airport. We have mailboxes for all of the tenants on Cleveland Gibbs Road. The past two weeks no mail was delivered Monday thru Thursday. I just received a huge pile of mail in the box. What is going on? Phone number is constantly busy. Time for a trip to the PO.

have not had a problem until just recently. On 2/8/17 I requested a package pick up via stamps.com and received a confirmation for pick up the next day 2/9. The current date is 2/12 and I still have the package. Who ever is our NEW delivery person has a terrible work ethic and only can hope they get transferred and some one that does have a good work ethic has our route. You go up in price but not quality of persons.

I have a PO BOX at this location. Had two packages delivered to the post office at 2pm today that were marked as undeliverable due to no one being there to take the package. How is that possible? No one was working the window today at 2:30pm either. Packages that show delivered take 3-4 days to show up in my PO BOX. Getting to be as horrible as the Justin location.

We're constantly frustrated by non-delivery or mis-delivery of our mail Today takes the cake. It's Sunday, yes, but we had two Amazon deliveries today and another one reported as undeliverable. Same address. We were home all day and what's really weird is about the same time they reported they were unable to deliver, a USPS delivery vehicle was in our driveway delivering another package! They say the postmaster doesn't read these, but SOMEBODY needs to!

Mail delivery is a joke. Had a credit card I was waiting for returned as undeliverable, although I have lived in my location for almost 3 years and get mail every day. Do they just not give a crap or not want to work or what. This is not the first time and I am really glad this wasn't an urgent situation. It is ridiculous.

I work for a company in Roanoke as well as live in Roanoke and I have got to say this postal delivery service has been by far the worst of any place i have ever lived. The company I work for has complained multiple times on wrong delivery service or no mail at all. I lost a key to my mail box 2 weeks ago. I went to the post office to report it and the post person was suppose to call me to let me know if they found the key of not - never got a call. I went back to pay the $35 dollars (really, 1 key in 15 years and it's costing me $35) to get a new lock a week ago and filled out the hold mail card. The postal person helped me check the correct box so he would bring my mail to the house until the locked was replaced. I put a box out a week ago and still have nothing delivered or any calls from anyone (I given them my number 3 times now) to let me know the status. I work and have to take off work/pay to go in the middle of the day to the post office because it's never a "quick" trip. Somewhere in that mail are meds for my sick dog. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I am totally frustrated! Prior to going on vacation i ordered medication for my dog to be delivered. It did not arrive on time so I had my mail (that I placed on vacation hold) to be delivered to my house in Westlake so my house sitter could mail the medication ..After it had not been delivered when I requested, I called the Roanoke post office to see what the problem was. They stated they had not taken the mail off hold and the medication was still at the post office. I had them forward the mail to my dog sitter in Arizona. They stated it would take 2-3 days. When it was not received in 2-3 as stated, I called again only to be told it takes 7-10 days. Had they initially told me it took that long I would have had it delivered to my house and had someone over night the package. Needless to say, my dog has to go to a vet to get his medication because he has been without it for too long. This entails another examination (because it is not his vet in Texas) along with medication, all to the tune of $500 just because the Roanoke Post Office did not care to follow through.

We went on vacation and had our mail held from Feb6 through Feb23. They were supposed to deliver the mail on the 24th. Having not received any mail, we went to the post office to claim it. They gave us 5 pieces of mail and said they never got the hold notice. No? Well where is all of our mail? This is not acceptable and I plan to fully pursue this.

This is the worst post office in the world!! There is line out the door any time of day. Their scales are off. I was using ebay and sending from inside off their scale and they were saying it weighed 6.7 oz. then I started using stamps.com and got my own scale and packs only weigh 5.3 oz. Being off that much is cheating and theft in my opinion. I could have saved hundreds, literally if they had weighed items right. They are constantly days behind. And when mail does come days after the expected date they don't deliver until 8pm?? Unbelievable. The town of Roanoke keeps getting bigger and they do nothing to compensate for this. In fact less people work there then when I moved here 3 years ago. They do have a "some" friendly good employees, but friendliness is different then doing their job on time. If your expecting a package through priority that says 2 days coming from the state next to you, it will be there in 5-6 days. Bc they will let your mail sit at there post office for days and not scan it. I called USPS and they said it had been at the Roanoke post office for 2 days and they just chose not to scan it. This has happend several times. I will be driving and extra 10 miles to Argyle to Avoid this post office in the future when sending packs. I wish they would just shut it down and have Argyle Deliver to Roanoke as any package would still get here faster. I have also got bad reviews on ebay bc of slow shipping when I ship same day and they choose not to send it out on time. I cant believe in 2013 this is legal what they are doing. Argyle is a smaller town even and the post office is bigger, super fast, and mail delivered around 12:30. When I brought them tracking showing them it had been in Roanoke for two days and I needed it for my wifes Bday. They said they had 8 pallets in the back and would take hours to go through????? AVOID THIS POST OFFICE. There are others close by. The mail is so bad that I will be moving cities after this year. Never thought the mail would be a factor in where you had to live. USPS needs to do something!!

It depends on what area you are in I live in Roanoke and my mail is delivered from 4-4:30 every day. So I don't get where you are getting the 8pm that's an exaggeration since that isn't normal postal hours I barely see any postal employee going past 5pm...

sad but true.. I use to volunteer with some the disabled and I can honestly say that a Down Syndrome person has More Common Sense then Lady working behind counter at Roanoke Texas post Office that chooses not to listen customer, or ask for help or admit she wrong needs more training extremely bad or be fired from Over Charges the customer when no other post office will charge that cost for same package and weight.....she refuse to get a manger for hour.... Roanoke Texas.... Post office Avoid all Cost.. this how dumb she is while she try Way Over charge after hour telling her want to return item back to sender received it from for it arrived broken.... she says no charge at first couple times because she sending it back to you since your sending it your the sender.... SERIOUSLY so this go on for hour..... then she charges for size the box rather then the weight then does weight wrong.... so what going 2 states over in 7 days that be normally 7 bucks... totel to 44 bucks she this way with all her customers that she disagree that she knows her job and how much to charge.. everything going up these days... I recommend going else where.... it sad people I use volunteer with struggle get a job yet they would do better job then this lady with even more better personality in dealing with her customers.

You make fun of individuals with Down syndrome to make fun of postal employees? Yet you can't spell or put a normal sentence together...
