I am tired of my mail going to other people's houses and also getting other people's mail at my house. The person that is driving a tan or goldish truck is not doing their job correctly. This is ridicules. All of my neighbors are having the same problem. And when you call the Quinlan post office at 8:10 am they are not open and this website states it opens at 8 am. Something needs to be done, if someone does not know how to do their job, then train them better or have the Postmaster start delivering Mail.

I am sick of this place. Unprofessional. They close their gate before closing time. How convenient for them. I call to tell them im almost there they ignore and let it ring over and over. My packages constantly late because of this place. I walked in they saw me walk in the door 1 minute before close and guess what they shut the gate on me thanks for making my packages late. Oh and you are closed on Saturday…… seriously unprofessional. Can’t say enough how angry this place makes me. You really hate your job so much you rush to shut the gate so nobody can deliver their mail. You must feel real powerful. This place needs a change of management.

Twice I’ve gone to this post office (Quinlan)in the last month. Customerservice is the worst. The man with the grey goatee is the rudest person I’ve ever met he makes you feel as if you are imposing on his day. He is very short with you and I have yet to see him smile. Never got a thank you. This guy should not be in a customerservice position

Worst post office I have ever dealt with in my 48 years of living. I live on a private road and the United States Post Office is the only one who will not deliver to my house and makes me go to a location at the front of the community and get my mail out of a post office box. UPS FedEx and Amazon will all deliver to my house. the United States Postal Service will not even attempt to get my mail to me. We have larger boxes there to put small packages and large envelopes in but instead of doing that they just stick a slip in your mailbox and expect you to be able to take off work to go to the post office and get your stuff. When I first moved in even though I went to the post office and sign up was assigned a post office box and given a key the postman refuse to deliver my mail because he did not have my address listed on his little slip of paper. However he has no problem now in constantly delivering mail to my mailbox that does not belong to me... Keep in mind that name would not be on his little slip of paper... Funny how that works... They don't even try to get your mail to you it's like they want to be out of a job

Typical GOVERNMENT mentality. No pro-active approach. Customer service is typical with what you would expect from a government entity (backwards and me first approach). Good thing they have a monopoly on the postal mail. They would be out of service if it was a non governmental business. Sales staff was very polite. My beef is with their me first policies.

The employees here are not very helpful. I was accused of screaming at the mail lady by an employee named Rick, after I had told them that the mail lady and the employees had told me things that weren't true about my packages. Very distasteful to resort to accusations after a complaint was made.
