Thank you to my mail carrier - unfortunately I didn't get his name. He found that I had left my keys in my neighborhood box and hand delivered them to me at my home. Thanks for the extra effort and time required to address something that was totally my fault. I appreciate it.

This is the second time That this Post Office has lost packages of Mine. The 1st time was medication that I had to revive because your Post Office could not figure out where it was sent to. Now this time it is a Christmas gift for my wife and this is unacceptable. I tried to call the Post Office and the phone just continually rings no one even tries to answer it. I know this time of year is busy for the postal system as I am an employee for the USPS. I have been at work since 2:45 AM this morning and now I'm trying to deal with this and salvage a gift this is unacceptable. Somebody needs to make this right ASAP.

Pflugerville Post Office is very inadequate in the mail delivery service, I am not sure where the fault lies. Is it the mail sorters or the delivery mail clerk who can't read and gets everyone's mail mixed up. I went in to complaint and there is no one in charge you can talk to.

The Pflugerville post office delivered a package to the wrong apartment and now it is lost! It was an item from my Grandfather that was given to me in his Will. It is not replaceable and is very expensive. I have received nothing from them on this issue. I feel like I was robbed and I have no recourse at all!!!

I mailed a PRIORITY package with LEMONS and a card to my sister on Dec.3,2020 and it was suppose to be delivered on Dec.7,2020 from the Pflugerville post office and today is Dec.18,2020 and she has not received them yet. I would like to file a complaint. The tracking # is: 9505513406870338799222. I sure do hope someone sends me an email so I can file the complaint, I understand this pandemic is really putting a damper on things, but we have to keep Our Faith and move on to do the job. Be safe.

My mail and 7 packages have been missing for 11 days. The mail carrier checked the packages as "delivered" at the box but they were NOT delivered. Until I filed a formal complaint against the Pflugerville PO and the mail carrier nothing was done. The very next day after filing the complaint the "Supervisor" Vanessa called and left a rude voicemail saying my mail was at the PO and I needed to come pick it up. When I got went to pick up my mail after 11 days of being misplaced by the Pflugervill PO, Vanessa has a BAD Attitude and acts like the misplaced mail is somehow my fault and she doesn' "appreciate" me filing a complaint agaist "her" mail carrier. She then made 2 threats which I have reported to the Post Master General. Vanessa should not be a supervisor and she shouldn't even have a job. My taxpayer dolalrs employee this person. She is rude, uneducated and has a chip on her shoulder. A "Karen" at the post office. She is a middle-aged black women and you will know if you have to deal with her. Not a pleasant experience and there is no reason Vanesssa should be so disresptful with ANY mail customer. She needs to get a better attitude or another job.

WOW, just Wow! Last week I went to pick up a package that couldn't be delivered to my school because it was closed. The very young lady was so nice. She went back, got my package, apologized for the wait (which was very short), and then said have a good day. Then the book company informed me that there were 2 packages so, I went back. TODAY WAS SOOOOOO different! First I waited in the regular line (which was fairly long), only to be told to go wait at the blue door. No one was there. I knocked and still, no one came. The line behind me grew and grew, as still, no one came. It took forever for someone to finally come. When he did, he didn't seem too happy. I told him I was there to pick up a package that was sent to me at my school but, since they were closed, it couldn't be delivered. He went back for a brief moment only to return and tell me he needed the tracking number because he didn't see anything back there for me. I wrote down the tracking number and went back towards the blue door only to be told, "wait over there so I can take care of this line." SERIOUSLY...I had already waited in TWO lines and I was being put off AGAIN! When the next lady up said, "I believe she should be helped next." He finally said oh yes, I wanted to help her. He took the tracking number and went searching and searching and searching. Mind you I had been in the Post Office over 30 minutes at this point. When I asked the man at the counter (this man, one of the girls referred to as her supervisor), if he could help the man looking for my package since he didn't seem to know where the school packages were. He said "If my supervisor can't find it, I doubt I can find it." SO this unhappy, short with a customer person was The Supervisor. I tried to call back to The Post Office to get his name but after being hung up on 4 times, because they never answer the phone, I gave up on getting his name. FINALLY after about 45 minutes in the Post Office, he comes up with my package. Does he say "sorry for the wait?" NOOOOOOOO he says "I really should be giving you all of the school's mail since I'm not supposed to give you mail just addressed to you." I said "I'd be happy to take my school's mail" (which I thought was kind of odd that he'd suggest I take mail that isn't addressed to me but whatever. Also strange that he was annoyed that I was picking up my own mail. He said the school sends people to pick up the mail so I'm not supposed to give you your mail. Mind you, this was returned to the Post Office June 12th and today is June 26th...I don't know who or when they were supposed to pick up the mail since they are CLOSED! Which is why I was there to pick up the mail addressed to ME!!!!!! Again, I cannot believe the supervisor had the nerve to "reprimand" me for picking up mail addressed to me after he was so rude, condescending, uncaring, irritated, and just plain NON-CUSTOMER FRIENDLY. RUDE RUDE RUDE!!!

I need some assistance! No one is answering the phone!!!!I have been calling for about 45 minutes. My package was supposed to be delivered two days ago. I have not received it. Mail is always going into the wrong boxes. They need to hire more people and the people need to care about putting things in the right box!!!

I just have very bad experience for the Pflugerville post office today. The employee guy Joseph been very rude make over charge me 2 times for same envelope and scotch that I did bought before and paid already for all it. I did come back and speak for his supervisor all about the issues so they did make the return of cost but no excuse about that they did wrong. So they waste my time today too. If you have chance going other post office-going It is that I will do from now.

I went on-line to have my mail held at the P.O. while I was out of town and for me to pick it up at the P.O. the day after I returned. I received a confirmation. Then received email that hold was done a day or 2 prior to the date I had requested. I checked my mailbox and found it STUFFED full of 2 weeks worth of mail! Went to the P.O. to see if they had any more and ask why they had not held it. Found that they had delivered it every day while I was gone - it was never held at all. This included a prescription that had been sitting in the box in the extreme heat for who knows how long! No explanation regarding why the hold did not happen. Girl told me I could fill out a form to hand in personally next time but, to be safe, I could ask my neighbors to check my mailbox also! So why should I even bother trusting them to hold my mail in the future?

It is absurd and completely unacceptable for your retail hours to close at 5 every day. You understand PEOPLE HAVE JOBS, right. So we can't make it by 5. This is why i go to my local UPS store. More conveniently located and open until 7. You guys are worthless.

I am so disappointed in the Pflugerville Post Office location in Pflugerville,Texas... I’ve been a loyal customer of this location for 12 years....I’ve always noticed how rude the employees this location are....I will Never go into this location again.... I sent out 21 Holiday Greeting and Christmas Cards ..... The Addresses of the recipients and correct postage stamps were on the envelope....I put MY Return Address on the back of the envelope as I have done for 45yrs....and Pflugerville Post Office sent EVERY ONE of my postage paid envelopes BACK to MY Home Address!!! With No explanation as to why they were returned to my address....the postage stamp was accurate, the addresses were accurate, zip codes were accurate ......my return address was on the Back of envelope....NOT the front.....this made No sense, and was a very rude and hateful thing for whoever that postal employee was who thought that it was ok to do....there was NO reason for this to happen. I took all of the returned envelopes to my friend who ran the mail room for the ATG for years, and he said that whoever did this was a deplorable individual who obviously got off on hurting others... I guess USPS really doesn’t care anything about the character of the people they hire......OR is it just this Pflugerville Tx location?? It has taken me all this time to write this review because I wanted to get over my aggravation about this before I wrote it......Until Today that is.....NEXT STORY..... TODAY I received an Express Mail Envelope that I sent to a little boy in Thrall Tx!!! I went into the Pflugerville Tx Post Office to mail this, I waited in line and was helped by a Very Rude Pflugerville Post Office Employee who was bickering back and forth with another employee behind the service counter about wanting to leave at 4:30 that day because he worked late the day before.....None of that was my concern, I just wanted to mail this envelope that was in the Proper Post Office Supplied Priority Express Mail Envelope . This Pflugerville Post Office Employee quickly grabbed the envelope from me, I told him I wanted 2 day delivery.....He told me how much, I handed him the money, and he put the Addressed Lable on the Post Office Provided Priority Express Mail Envelope and put it in a pile of mail next to him...... Two(2) days later.....I RECIEVED THE EXPRESSMAIL ENVELOPE!! With a lable over the Original POSTAGE PAID lable that was put there by the Pflugerville Post Office Employee that said Postage Due!! The Same Express Mail Priority Envelope That The Pflugerville Post Office Employee Charged Me For AND Placed The POSTAGE PAId Mailing Lable on HIMSELF!!!! I mean to tell you.....THIS IS RIDICULOUS!! I am so Upset right now! Just heartbroken over the carelessness and hateful rudeness of the employees at the Pflugerville Post Office who would do such things..... I will NEVER use the Pflugerville Post Office Again....NEVER..... And I am going to Blast this all over All Social Media..... I guess being decent, efficient , caring people is NOT a job requirement for the Pflugerville Post Office.....but being A ( insert negative choice words here) terrible, low character, low morals, low integrity, careless, rude and not too bright an individual is......It’s just a paycheck....no need to be caring, polite or helpful to others......it’s just a paycheck....is that what these employees are told in the new hire orientation? And we wonder what’s wrong......Look for examples and answers to that at The Pflugerville Post Office Folks!! That is all.....

I thought I'd add a totally different review... I called about a package that I hadn't gotten. It was around lunch time but the phone was answered by this nice lady who looked for the package using GPS, found it, and said she would text the postman to make sure I got a key for the box. She also said she would call me to let me know the status. All of that happened in about an hour; I walked over to the box and picked up my package. Super service, friendly people. Whoopeee!

Worse Customer service ever. Wait time to speak with a representative is more than an hour and if you call directly to the location nobody answers. This has to improve. I see this has been a complaint for more than a year. Please don't ask us to review if you do not plan to address them.

This place does not answer the phone! Ever. At all. Also, I submitted an expedited passport application through this post office and their pictures are not up to standards! I had to go retake my photo at CVS (paying again) and saw the huge difference in the pictures. Now I don’t know if I’ll get my passport in time for my trip. This place is horrible.

I received a package today that was barely able to fit into my mailbox from the mailman's side, but unable to take out from my end. I don't understand why they would place the mailbox here instead of on my doorstep or in the bigger mail slot. Especially since the package was marked FRAGILE. I had to rip the box in order to pull the package out of my mailbox. This is not the first time this has happened either.

My daughter mailed a priority package to Bowman, 18537 Dry Brook Loop, Pflugerville, TX 78660. Tracking showed was delivered Friday 1/20/2017. Apparently mail carrier threw package into wrong box. Due to me not having received package. He/she needs to be more careful when looking at address before putting into mail box. I've received other people mail put in my box. Instead of their box. Carrier needs to locate the package now. Since, he/she lost it. Thank you Alva "Jeanie" Bowman 512-905-4517.

Had a package delivered that was too large for my mail slot so it was placed inside a parcel box but the key cannot be inserted into the lock. (The lock even visually looks broken) I left a note with the key in my mail slot and while the note is now missing, the key is still there and the lock is still broken! I've tried calling the local post office but nobody ever answers the phone. I've been waiting for my package for almost a week now. I'm not even sure what to do.
