Idk who y'all have up there taking inbound calls but honeyyyyy you need to do some hiring because she is rude af. As your customer base of millennials and gen z grow you'll find the less your customers are willing to deal with unkind attitudes for no reason. Just do your job for crying out loud. Answer phones and find our packages.

I was expecting a package today that had not arrived by 7:00 pm so went online to check status via tracking # and at 7:23 pm it showed it was delivered. Looked on the porch at 7:25 pm and no package, I can only assume they left it at wrong address.

The whole postal service is horrible. First I never received a package from the Social Security office (and they sent it out twice as it got returned once but then it just got lost) that contained personal information. Now they lost a birthday card I sent to my son who lives in another state that contained a check. It's hard enough knowing I can't spend time with my family but now I can't even send a card without it getting lost. I shouldn't have to send / pay to just send a card that has to be signed for. The system is terrible and sadly not reliable.

This is by far the worst post office in Pearland. They have lost several of my packages and couldn't find them for a couple days along with not being able to even locate one when it had a tracking number saying it was delivered.(When it was not) I recently just overnighted a package and it cost me nearly out the ass to send a small package out of state. I was told by the clerk that they would leave it at the door and "put a note for them" to leave the package at the door, not the apartment complex office. She also stated that if it was not delivered by the time it stated or wasn't left at the door I would get my money back. It was not left at the door it was actually tried left at the office and the office returned it due to apparent wrong address when it was the correct address. I went to the post office and asked what went wrong and why I was lied to, the lady then preceded to raise her voice at me cause I told her I wanted my money back. She told me they would not give me my money back and I had to spend more money to get it sent back out, I asked why so this could happen to me and make me keep spending more money. She said well I don't know what to tell you, I grabbed my receipt and walked out and she's yelling at me telling me "I was going to tell you how to get it sent back out". I will never spend anymore money in this post office much less I will tell everyone I know to go to Friendswood Post Office.(Never had an issue with them) Spending money like that to overnight for some people may be okay to be thrown away but some people it is not. Its ridiculous. You need to hire people who know what they are talking about much less someone who knows how to speak to the customers. Along side of me at the next person, the man was yelling at a couple because they wanted to speak to a manager due to one of the postal people hit their car! Nightmare!!!

Love the service at the Walnut Street location. Yes, if you go at certain times, it is busy. But, in using this location for the last 18 years, even though the people at the front desk have been on their feet all day, each one has always treated me as if what I needed or my problem was of utmost importance. Each one has always gone out of their way to be helpful and friendly while all the time working quickly and efficiently.

The whole system is broken. I have a tracking number and the post office cannot find the mail. I can't call them because the number cuts off. I have made a trip to the post office they were not help. A supervisor as to call me and they did not. The next day I called to speak to a supervisor he went through the same song and dance and said he would call me back in the next 2.5 hours. That was 24 hours ago and still I haven't heard from them and now I cannot call them. My mail is lost, it has a tracking number, that says delivery was attempted and a notice was left. No notice was left and they cannot find the mail. What am I to do now? Even more important what is USPS going to do now?

They also lost my package with a tracking # but I called the 1-800 number for USPS and reported it. They contacted the supervisor and gave me a case # for my complaint. The supervisor called me early morning the next day.....my package showed that afternoon. I would suggest instead of calling them directly you contact the 1-800 number next time. If we all complain and leave a paper trail of the complaints they have to make changes.
