Every time I go to this post office, the man that works there is so rude! Whenever I ask anything he has a rude and mean comment. He has an accent that is hard to understand, I don’t hear very well, and I have told him this. But he doesn’t seem to care. Plus wearing a mask makes it even harder. He has actually yelled at me for not hearing him. That is the last time I will be going to this Post office. I suggest you hire someone people can understand and will be kind and polite.

My wife recently tried to pick our packages up at this facility. Her name wasn’t on the packages ,and I do understand she can’t give them to just anybody, but I talked to this postmaster and she wasn’t having any of that . This does not give her the right to be a disrespectful and be rude to me on the phone or my wife in the public setting . If this is the quality people at this facility, you should close the doors .
