Postal Locations

We subscribe to the Port Arthur News paper which is supposed to be delivered Wednesday, Friday and Saturdays. We did not get our Wednesdays paper until Thursday, this continues to be a problem, have tried to call post office numerous times, never get an answer. The Port Arthur News pays for delivery same day. The last holiday we had in January 2023 our paper for Friday and Saturday was not delivered until Tuesday January 17th. Please look into this problem. I have advised the Port Arthur News that we are not receiving our paper on a timely basis.

I'm expecting a letters from Texas rent relief for address 3328 N twin City apt#7 Nederland put it in my box it's full of Mail but I will check it tommorow thank you

I have lived in Nederland for 50+ years and the delivery of the mail has gotten worse each year I am tired of calling down there to locate a packaged that the mail carrier says was delivered and was not and no one answers the phone I think in my opinion the Nederland P.O. needs to be overhauled and replace the people that are running it so we can get rid of there buddies that are working down there and bring in people that will do the job they were hired to do I only wish I could go above there heads the people that are running the P.O. to get rid of them !!!!!!

THIS MORNING I CAME TO TURN IN A PAYMENT INTO THE OUTSIDE BOX THAT WAS SO FULL MAIL WAS HANGING OUT. PLEASE EITHER GET A BIGGER BOX OF GET AND EXTRA BOX.

When is the mail even resuming? I can't find anything anywhere that tells me when it's coming again. On top of that, our deliverer refuses to leave larger packages at our doorstep. This person just crams things into the box to the point that they might even break. It hasn't happened yet, thankfully. Also, our address is North and not South, but apparently this is super confusing? I've heard of Port Arthur having issues with their mail service, but mine in Nederland isn't so hot either!

I have not received mail Since Tuesday - 4-14. I received a notice that a package was attempted to be delivered Friday night at 06:03 PM we were home and no one tried to deliver a package. I don’t Know whats going on but service this past week really is poor.

I have not received mail at my business in over a week. We have a mail slot on the door that opens and mail can be deposited inside. What is going on?

Sometimes we DFO NOT get out packages/mail, possibly because this is a new home. I don't know what the problem is! It's always a hassle!!!! PLEASE FIX THE PROBLEM. WE HAVE BEEN HERE 1 WHOLE YEAR, CARRIERS SHOULD KNOW WHERE THIS HOUSE IS! Maybe there is more to it. I do not know, but enough is enough! When I order something it won't even TAKE the address as a VALID address! HELP! Happy Holildays….

This place is a joke. Whoever the new mail lady is, definitely doesn't know how to do her job! This is the 3 time my mail that I need sent out has not been picked up!! She just throws my mail on top of the mail I need sent out and puts the red flag on the mailbox down!!! And she won't even deliver a package that only weighs 40 pounds!!! I'm tired of never getting my packages or never getting my mail picked up. And when I call noone answers!!!

I havent been getting mail or its deliver to wrong g mailbox. I watched the current carrier put in wring box and pass my house. 1st I. Asked her she said it isn't her problem. I approached her today and she said it had a letter in address so she out it I. the other box (it was junk mail) I showed her the other mail...the address was correct to u asked why she put it I the wrong box. She stormed off. Probably 30 mins later a supervisor shows up at my door. He said I had to pick up my mail at the post office. I asked why. The carrier has falsely accused me of throwing mail at her. I have been t the post office multiply times with these problem. Nothing is done. I have been told it would be reported to postmaster and I will hear from him. I havent. I have had packages not delivered because they said it was undeliverable....I was home all day. I had a gentleman bring me one package that was deliver to his house 3 blocks away. The address had my correct address in it. This all needs to be taken g care of. I will not come to post office to pick up my mail. If it comes to that....I will go to ups or FedEx. I didnt have all the issues with my carrier that had retired

I got a notice that my package has been delivered to "an agent" at 7:20pm at night, the mail runs at 1pm in the afternoon, I was home and they never came to my door to deliver the package, makes no sense. I live in an apt complex there is not an apartment office so I dont know who this "agent" is. I have checked my mailbox, I have asked a few neighbors, no one received the package. tracking number shows it to be delivered to an "agent"

For the second time in two weeks, the Nederland post office has botched the delivery of a package that they mark as "delivered." One was supposedly left in my mail box (it wasn't) and one was supposedly left by my front door. I was home when I received the text that it was outside my front door. It wasn't, so I checked my mailbox. Nothing. I don't know if this is because of theft or incompetence, but unfortunately there seems to be no interest on the part of the USPS to address this problem.

I tracked package from Amazon showing it was delivered on 5:47 pm on August 21. I did not receive this package. This is the second time that I have lost packages from USPS.

Not real happy with Nederland post Office our regular carrier is great,but reliefs well back to my problem my daughter mailed my birthday present through UPS they dropped it Nederland post Office Friday now post Office says it was delivered to my house Saturday at 6:39 pm no it was not I personally watched the carrier drive off at about 5pm and we received no mail that day so I’m off to the post office this cold morning to find out what happened

In the past month, I have had three packages go missing (not delivered to my address) from Nederland Post Office. UPS transfers to USPS in Nederland, Nederland shows it delivered, but it never gets to my house. Once, the driver delivered mail and drove off. When we walked out to get the mail, he handed us a package. I guess we would not have gotten that one if we would not have been outside at at the time.

Nobody answers when you call, and it took over a month to get my mailbox keys. Hate having to get all 3 kids out to go up there and stand in line for an hour just to ask a question.

The woman I spoke with on the phone was extremely rude and unhelpful. I want to pick up my package and she was very short with me and offered no help whatsoever.
