Love the staff here. Hate that on a 19° snow storm morning the runners of usps decided to call work, call it off after workers drove all the way there or half way, and then call in back on. Making them drive in unfit/ unsafe conditions with families and people who care about them. Sound personal? It is. My mother works here and because so many already can't make it in and because she's the hardest worker I know, she wouldn't stay home. Well fun fact, "essential" can't be essential if they don't make it home or to work after being sent on a wild goose chase because you can't make up your mind. People already have enough going on and can't sleep as it is. We don't need a reckless work environment to keep being part of the list due to lack of reference for the literal lives that run the show for the postal services. No mail is worth that. Thanks for your time.
