Nov. 2 package delivered that did not fit in mail box. Jammed in and half way hanging out invited thieves to help themselves. This occurred on county road 3270, quitman mail drop. The package contained medical products. Please ask the mail folks to leave on porch. I know it takes a little more time but stolen items are not easy to replace. Thankyou

The driver did not deliver my package again on 10-29-2022. This isn’t the first time. The reason I order things to be shipped is because I want them delivered to my house. We have a neighborhood mail box system and of course large boxes don’t fit in it. The drivers have to drive to our house. Now I have to drive to town, load the box, drive back home and try to unload it. Im 64 with a busted back and knees.

I can always tell when my usual carrier is absent. My usual carrier(Lee) is great..however, when a different one delivers (some guy in a red suv), I get other people's mail REPEATEDLY! And now today, he left my mail out in the rain and my ordered product got damaged. He didn't even knock on the door to attempt a delivery!!!!

I have mailed four (4) birthday cards from this location in the last few months. All envelopes had my return address label clearly posted. Three (3) of those cards have NEVER BEEN RECEIVED NOR RETURNED TO ME! I deliberately placed one card into a bubble wrap envelope to conceal the fact that it was a card. It was the ONLY one received by the addressee. I can see one being lost en route. But, all the others??? I strongly suspect that an employee, either in Mineola, or the Coppell distribution center, has taken the others in an attempt to find money or gift cards. All cards were going to metroplex suburbs of Rowlett, Rockwall, Carrollton or Argyle, TX. There was a recent incident in Wisconsin where an employee was terminated for taking mail for that very reason. I have been advised that “nothing” can be done since they weren’t mailed via certified so that I would have a receipt. This is infuriating as my cards were intended for grandchildren. I will NOT mail anything from this location again!
