Found out that postal worker has been having some of my important mail returned to the sender saying I was no longer at my address. When did I move and where did I move to? I am guessing that it was probably the same fill in route driver that was tossing our packages in the woods by our gate rather than bringing to the door.

We moved to a new office last week... 33130 Magnolia Circle... and were excited that maybe we'll have dependable postal service. Yesterday we received 23 pieces of mail in our box that aren't ours... and this has happened almost daily now. Also, the tenants in the park tell me "good luck" getting our mail. I'm not sure what to do about this so I came to your site. We plan to catch the carrier and have a discussion... But you need to see what's happening. This is worse than the Woodlands post office carrier, and that's saying something. Thanks

I don't think I'm receiving all my mail. We used to get sale papers from the local businesses, such as Brookshires and Arlan's. These papers have stopped and I'd like to know why. I use these papers to do my shopping.

When we first moved to this address, our carrier was fantastic - we always received our mail, the mail that fit in the box, she made sure that we received it either in person or at our door. Now, we receive mail sparingly, outgoing mail has been left in the box under new incoming mail numerous times (with the flag still up), parcels clearly marked "Do Not Bend" have been crushed to stuff in the box. If it can't be crushed, the carrier leaves the notice for pickup instead of trying to actually deliver the package - someone is ALWAYS home. We live at the end of a dead end road, and close our gate to allow our horses to graze. This new carrier refuses to deliver mail when the gate is shut since they can't turn around. When we addressed this with the postmaster, they replied that the carrier would have to drive in reverse for a quarter mile! The end of county maintenance to our gate is roughly 100 feet. Huge difference. Too bad there is no alternative to the USPS, at least on our street. My how things have changed.

Asked the post office to hold our mail while we were gone. They did it. The second time we tried we gave them a date to hold the mail and instead of starting the mail hold on the date we requested they started the day after we called. So they skipped our address for four days before we left. Moral of the story is don't give them an advance notice if you want to receive your mail prior to your requested hold date.

I had my mail on hold until July 9th. Then they was suppose to delivered my mail. Here it is July 12, and they have not delivered my hold mail. I have been trying to call and all I get a recording that doesn't have to do with anything I needed and couldn't get a real person to answer. Please deliver my hold mail. Thanks Sylvia McNeill

THEIR POSTMEN CANNOT DELIEVER/MATCH THE ADDRESS ON THE ENVELOPE TO THE EXACT ADDRESS ON THE MAILBOX!!! OUR LITTLE COLLIER SMITH ROAD MAILMAN CANNOT READ NUMBERS! GET US SOMEONE WHO WANTS TO DO A GOOD JOB FOR THE COMMUNITY PLEASE! WE ARE ALL SO TIRED OF NOT GETTING OUR MAIL, BECAUSE SOME PEOPLE ON OUR STREET DO NOT REDIRECT THE MAIL BACK TO THE MAILMAN TO FIX, "HIS ORIGINAL MISTAKE" OF, CANNOT READ NUMBERS!!!!!!

I was delivered a package on Saturday. Except I didn't get it. Evidently the post office gave it to the wrong house. Since it was a book I will never get it back. I have emailed the post office and they simply refuse to respond. I tried calling today. Five times their phone was busy. So in the new year I will drive over there to see what is going on. And the next book will be delivered by UPS.

The same thing just happened to me. I always get other people's mail and they get mine. I have gone to the post office and talked to acting post master. She smiled and rolled her eyes at me and said she would talk to the carrier. Now they say they have delivered a package I ordered and I never got it. They say they put it in the mail box but that's crap. My mail box is to small for the box it would have came in. Never the less our post office sucks!

They are the worst post office we have ever seen! They cannot read numbers and do not care about their job! But what do you expect with people getting tax money to work, they keep their job no matter what!!!
