I’ve lived in the same house for 22 years Have never had an issue with my mail delivery until the last few months. I use a delivery box since I am behind locked gates And yes the usps person knows this Twice now I’ve had packages just disappear Reported delivered but I did not receive them. Also have had 5 failed attempts at delivery. Sometimes the package shows up the next day. The regular usps delivery person is great! But there is a Sub that seems to be having some issues the the job. I have reported this to my local post master and nothing has changed. If it continues I will have to file another complaint to a higher source

What has happened to our postal service? I mailed a small package on January 4th.from the Livingston, Texas post office to an address in Tyler, Texas and it was not delivered until January 15th. I know that the Covid-19 has screwed up everything but I could have walked and delivered the package in less time and saved the $2.65 charged for the delivery. Something is wrong with the system other than the Corvid-19.

I’ve been trying to reach this post office to let them know I’m here!! I have a mailbox out on the street. But it’s been 2 weeks & I have not received 1 piece of mail. I double ckd & I did the new address correct. Why/How do I reach this post office???? It just rings busy. Unless it’s their closed hours then it’s the fax line picking up!!!

Said they could not get to my house to deliver a package although they some how managed to deliver everything else! i was home all day and was waiting for this package. There are no dogs, fence etc to impede delivery to my door, porch or mailbox. I am interested to find out what exactly impeded delivery when other mail was delivered!?

I have entered a complaint on-line case number HQ142250335. We have an excellent mail carrier, however, the substitute carrier has missed the mark on several occasions. We are receiving delayed statements that have been returned to sender, certified deliveries which was not delivered, and package left at the foot of our drive gate when one of the two gates are always open for delivery. When our regular carrier is back on route, I receive all the mail that the sub did not deliver. These delays have caused me to have an account put on hold because the statement was returned to send marked as an invalid address. The sub-carrier never brought the certified letter to the door but just put a notification in the mailbox. I reached out to the post office but was never followed up with, outside of talking with the regular carrier. Just today, I receive a statement labeled unable to forward. These are communications that we have been receiving for over two years now, and now I'm not sure what I am missing until it either shows up later or I find out about it from the sender. Our regular carrier told me that they are training a new carrier, but I should not be experiencing this level of service from my postal service.

This is the Worst!!!! I'm away from home (Miami) on a work detail in Livingston! I ordered an item from my Amazon Prime Account to be delivered to the Hampton Inn - Livingston Hotel. The carrier for some ridiculous reason delivered the package to a residential address....!!! How do you leave the package to an address that clearly isn't the same of that of the Hotel along with my name on the package in which is different of the residence home address!!! I will definitely send a complaint to Post Master as well! Take Pride and Integrity in the position You uphold as a Federal Employee - and the Oath taken to deliver classified, unclassified and etc..., mail to consumers as a whole!!! READ THE BOXES to DELIVER CORRECTLY and ACCURATELY!

This is getting ridiculous, we just moved to our new house, yes the driveway is not finished, but we have a walkway, my packages are not getting delivered saying our front door is not accessible, well it is and FedEx and UPS deliver to our door but you won’t, are you really that lazy that you can’t get your butt out of your car and walk to our door. I will be filing a complaint with the postmaster.

Sick and tired of your sucky employees just driving by our place when the FLAG IS UP and disregarding us and many others!! We are rural and are getting screwed. If you don't have mail to be delivered then they just blow right past your mailbox regardless of the flag. I'm so irritated. Complained 3 times. Will be reporting you to the state.
