Postal Locations

We just moved to Norh Lipan and I had my mail service switched when we moved. I have not received any mail including, mothers day gifts, house closing documents, auto registration etc over the last 2 weeks. This house has been built for over 2 years and mails has been regularly delivered prior to our buying this house. I come home this last week and find a rude note saying my mailbox was not between 42-48" (it was only 41") and that I could come pick up my mail but that this individual was not going to be delivering it to this specific mailbox anymore. Im annoyed becasue 1 - what a welcome to the new community, and 2 - because the mail has been regularly coming for the last 2 years so why right now to hassle me about the mailbox that has been working fine for the previous home owners??? I dont have anything to do with the previous construction of the box but its been fine until now. I dont get it and I pray this is not representative of the service of this location as a whole.
