***COMPLAINT*** i juts received a call from my neighbor telling me that I had packages hanging out of my box and mail all around them. I had to jump in my SUV during my normal business/working hours and go to my mailbox at the end of the road. Only to discover a total mess in my box. Packages torn open. Mail shoved all about them and the biggest package was hanging about two inches out of the box with the lid wide open for all to see. Where is your Customer Service these days, USPO??? Tell me, will ya? This is totally unacceptable behavior for such an established entity. And, I called 3X at 2:35; 2:37 PM and again at 2:53 PM knowing that they don't close until 4:30 PM

Why would the Post Office deliver to a BUSINESS on a SUNDAY, when the business is CLOSED FOR THE WEEKEND?????

WILL NOT DRIVE UP MY DRIVEWAY TO DELIVER A PKG. I HAVE AN ADDRESS SIGN UP AT HWY. I DO NOT HAVE A MAIL BOX ON HWY BECAUSE I HAVE HAD 3 TAKEN OUT BY 18 WHEELERS. I AM 81 YRS OLD & AFRAID TO HAVE ANOTHER BOX ON THE HWY. I JUST RECENTLY WAS BROUGHT A PACKAGE BY MY NEIGHBOR THAT HAD BEEN DELIVERED TO HER. THE CARRIER HAD MARKED THRU MY ADDRESS & WROTE IN BIG BLACK INK TO USE THE CORRECT ADDRESS AND THEY HAD PUT MY NEIGHBORS ADRESS. I AGAIN SAY THAT I HAVE AN ADDRESS SIGN UP AT HWY & MY DRIVEWAY. I AM REPORTING THIS TO CONGRESSMAN.

Did your complaint to congressman Babin help? I live on 146 moss hill area. I've had packages rubber band to open lid more than once. Now packages are left on front porch with lose mail! Complained to Liberty PO to no avail!

I just reported the Liberty Post Office to Congressman Babin. Customers don't need doors slammed in their faces.

Saying delivered and isn’t. Can’t understand why. If not going to deliver don’t post delivered. I chase my boxes down a lot and tired of it Where are they at? Who knows

I keep having issues with packages not being delivered. I'm not sure if we have a new mail person or what. For some reason the postal carrier will not drive up my drive to drop off packages now. Keep saying mailbox is full or undeliverable. Keep saying mailbox is full or undeliverable. I can't find out because you can't get anyone to answer the phones at the Post Office. At Christmas it was a real inconvenience packages were sent back. Not a Happy camper

I received an email stating my package was delivered to my mailbox, I did not get the package and no one will answer the phone at the post office I have a tracking number but all it says is delivered Where is my package
