Why even offer a phone number if the PO on Del Mar never answers the phone. Shame on you.

Please can you help me deliver to the address correct, thank you.

Very bad service. No one picks up the phone I've called like 5 times already. The mail man marked my package as delivered and it is not. I asked the neighbor and it's not at his home either. This is not the first time it happens.

Absolutely the worst post office location, my packages always get lost or never delivered, this monday 12/07/20 supposedly I received a tv that I ordered from Amazon and up to today 12/09/2020 I havent received it. Luckily Amazon has sent a replacement, but as per USPS service, the mail man hand delivered it to a person here, that is B.S., this is a business and I checked the surveillance cameras and the mail man never gets off his vehicle, just drops the letters in the mail box and leaves...this guy is either stealing packages or is absolutely dumb that he cannot read the addresses correctly!!! I have been trying to call the local office for the past couple of days and no one answers, I plan on going in person to do a complain against this mail man. The packages that get delivered at my house never have gotten lost or late, that mail man does an awesome job...

I go to USPS del mar every other day, I send my packages priority so I spend a little more money than regular mail. Today they keyed my car their in Del Mar USPS and I asked them to review their cameras and they said they don't have cameras outside. Its a federal building all federal buildings have cameras outside. what if someone blew up the place they wouldn't have a camera to see the car they came in. Come on!!! how stupid do you think we are. it really comes down to one thing. Laredoans especially in government work suck in attitude, assistance, personality, and actual sense of care. you would think they would want to help so people feel secure going their, nope not for this idiots. they genuinely don't care to let the police see the videos so they can catch the person that they pissed off and keyed my car, because I know I did not do anything to anyone to get keyed. so my only conclusion is that they pissed him/ her off and he/ she took it out on my car. USPS Del Mar Manager and Postal inspector this is on you. the unsecure location you provide is based on your unwillingness to help a highly paying client. so on behalf of everyone
