Submitted change of address. Got letter saying we needed to provide proof of who we were? Really? We did this IN PERSON. So go there and they don’t have the form. Must go on line and pay a fee. WHAT??? Order the dang form! Get the form faxed. Gonna get this done. Ridiculous!!!!

The service at this location is the worst I have ever had, this includes the service in RVN. Mail in wrong boxes, packages disappear never to be seen again and mail being stashed in the hidden back room as undeliverable. No contact information, no names of supervisors (they hide) just a god awful mess

You know I am strong supporter of our government. I do not believe they are a tyrannical group of bureaucrats hell bent on taking our weapons or our freedoms. I believe we now have a person in the White House that is more concerned with his personal interest then that of our country. I attempt to use the US Postal service instead of privatised corporations to send my packages and understand they are understaffed and have had budget constraints put upon them. With all that said I cannot understand why they cannot answer the phone when I call!!! Furthermore I do not comprehend why they cannot tell me why or where the package I mailed on the 16th of this month and was supposed to be delivers on the 23rd has not left Texas and shows to be in Coppell TX when it was suppose to go to a US sailor in Virginia Beach, Virginia before he leaves on a ship????? Any answers would be greatly appreciated...Really getting FED UP.....

I’ve been calling (during business hours) repeatedly for about an hour now and nobody answers. A voice recording comes on and tells you you’ll be answered by the next available rep, then another recording says please hold while your call is transferred to an operator, then it rings about 10-15 times and goes to a busy signal?! Really frustrating when you’re trying to get answers about a possibly lost package..... I know it’s a busy time of year, and they’re probably slammed, but If they aren’t going to answer, then they need a better system - either a call back/voicemail system or at least an honest recording that says they aren’t going to take your call! Makes you wonder if anyone is even monitoring the phones at all........😕

The La Vernia Post Office sucks!! My neighbors said mail was delivered around 1pm today. I had outgoing mail in the mailbox with the flag up and the mail carrier never even stopped. This isn’t the first issue I’ve had with them. Hire more carriers so you don’t have 1person having to deliver 3 routes. Not only did my outgoing mail not get picked up -my mail wasn’t delivered. Extremely pissed!😡😤

I called the LV PO on 16 Oct 2018 to check about a package notification left in our mailbox. The Postmaster (Robert) at this facility was very rude and ended up yelling at me and hanging up. It took 30 minutes for him to answer the phone the first call and 45 minutes to answer the phone when I called back to confirm that Robert was the Postmaster and that he was the one who had hung up on me. He then started yelling at me and hung up again I immediately called the 1-800 number and filed a complaint - Number CA139998841 and was advised Consumer Affairs in San Antonio (210-369-8498) would call me back within 3 days and discuss the issues. I have made numerous calls to the Rio Grande Affairs and received not one call back since the 16th of October. I am now writing a letter to Washington DC and reporting the entire complaint along with the fact that the Customer Representatives (I have call them numerous times) can get the Rio Grande Consumer Affairs office to contact me and how many times I have left a message for a call back from the RG Consumer Office. If this is how the USPS expects their Postmasters to treat customers - who in fact help pay for your salaries, it is a shame that Amazon keep your company from going out of business in the last 4 years. I only use USPS when no other alternative shipping method is available. I am sure that no one will call me about this, but maybe Washington DC office cares how customers are treated!

This is the absolute worst post office I have ever seen. The workers are incredibly rude, and treat customers as if they are a burden. Needless to say we will pay the extra money and use UPS from here on out.
