Just moved here from San Angelo and payed to get a re key on a cluster box at the Duplexes that I'm living at. I'm expecting a check and was told it would take over a week for me to get a key for the box because they had to re key it. I filled out a mail hold but still have not received my check because I'm thinking it's sitting in the box that needs to be re keyed, because the person said it has already been sent over a week ago. Frustrated in Kingsland 🤔

I live in Hitterdal, MN 56552. We will be in Kingsland for 3 months beginning Nov 1. I am trying to submit a change of address; but I need the post office box # that I am going to be assigned. I presented my & my wife's id (2 forms) at our Hitterdal post office to verify our identity. I was told the postmaster could call Kingsland and get our #. She has called the number dozens of times since yesterday 10/12 and although it rings there is never an answer. Our credit card has been charged for the 3 months post office box; but I can't even get the number. Please find an answer to this "simple" problem. Should I just submit my change of address using the actual address of the house we will be renting??? Then get my box # upon arrival? This is getting ridiculous for such a simple thing!!!
