Your in adequate staff called me to tell me she did not do as i requested 21 days ago. I put a hold on my mail 21 days ago. She was loud, combative, did not listen, had nothing but an attitude. And then proceeded to tell me she told the carrier to delivery the mail I PUT A HOLD ON. These ppl are a joke! So even when you give them the proper forms they still cannot follow instructions!

They don't answer the phone. The don't answer the bell. They don't pick up our mail. It is unfortunate our company signed up for this post office because they are really bad Given the quality of service there, is not hard to understand why the Postal Service is going out of business.Their supervisors in Washington need to read the reviews on this station and change management there.

This is quite possibly the worst post office in the entire country. For over a month, we have been trying to get our key for our mailbox. Attempt 2 to 3 times a week to get the key and each time get the run around and no one seems to know nothing other than to take my $30 to change the lock. Pathetic, Pathetic Pathetic!!!

For being a federal building the Oak Forest post office at TC Jester and Judiway apparently has no respect for the American flag. I was there today and the flag is faded, torn and has holes in it. The manager if there is one should research the rules of flying an American flag. I’ll check back in a week to see if it has been replaced.

Substandard service. It is 10:13 a.m. and employees have not opened the doors. Dozens of customers waiting in the lobby. Pick-up window is not open. When customers ring the bell for service, employees can be hear LAUGHING.

This is the more horrible Post office, bad customer service, the worse place ever. I had a appointment on Monday for my passport and when I get there, the lady wasn't there, no sorry, no apologies , they put me down for today, I'm being calling since 9 in the morning to confirm and they put me on hold for like an 1 hour, it is horrible OMG , I don't recommend this place to no one

I had an appointment today for my little brother's passport at 10:30 and got there around 10-15 minutes before my appointment. When it was time for the appointment, the lady there told us that the lady doing the passports wasn't in yet, and that we could go to a different location. There was three other people infront of us for appointments and all were told the same thing! We went there to see if the other location would be able to take us and just like we thought, they told us that they couldn't help because of the location we had made the appointment. We went back to this location and then told us that the system was down for them. We went back and forth only for them to tell us to make a different appointment for another day or location, this is very unprofessional and made our morning very frustrating, save your energy and don't bother making a passport appointment here.

I made a passport appointment for Friday, March 26th for my infant son. Given he is a minor, both parents are required to be there. We both took off of work and waited 2 weeks for the appointment after scheduling online as it was the soonest available. After arriving with appropriate documentation we were told "the lady that does passports retired and we cannot do them here." We were given a photocopied piece of paper with a handwritten address of another location and told we could go there "today". Obviously, all locations require an appointment, and the next available at any location within a 20 mile radius is a month away. Please take down from your website the ability to schedule passport appointments at this location, as you are unable to perform the said duty.

Beyond frustrated! I pay for a P.O. box monthly. Since I started, I have received other people's mail in the box, previous box holder's I presume. I have filed multiple requests verbally and in person to please update records and only load my mail in there. Instead, I receive a notice that my box is full and they cannot give me my employee's W2 forms unless I come in person because.......THE BOX IS OVERLOADED! Seriously??? You are the reason it is overloaded!

People have to understand, the post office doesn't care about your mail or you or nothing, I always have my magazines and newspapers marked DO NOT BEND all over them, what do they do? bend it and CRAM it into my box! Total lazyness, total foolishness, total carelessness! How difficult is it to respect DO NOT BEND on an envelope? I guess we have to use fed ex or UPS at twice the cost!
