I can’t get my calls answered so I’ll try this. Why do we not have a key for the parcel box in our bank of mailboxes? I had a soft package damaged in my little mail box. I don’t think we have had one for years.

For two years I have tried contacting the Helotes USPS by phone and no one ever answers...yes it rings then it disconnects...Seems I am not the only one having this problem...Govt wants us to trust in them but they can't even be trusted to answer the phone....sigh

Oh mercy but fun at all to try to contact the Helotes Post Office. We get transferred to "the operator", after 60 seconds then it beeps loudly and continually for another 30 seconds and hangs up on us. I was waiting for a package and my mail carrier did NOT even try to come to the door, just left a note. From that note not sure where the package is the next day. Tried calling helotes and 1-800 Post Office numbers both were a waste of time. Not sure I will ever get a call back - I just want to know who has this package and why my mail carrier did not even try to get my signature - left garage door open to be obvious I was home.

One out of three packages that I have dropped off at this location, within two weeks, actually made it to its destination. The other two, according to the tracking website, never left this facility. (Things that make you go hmmm) Lousy service. I’ll never go back. I suggest that everyone avoid this place like a covid hotspot!

Helotes P.O. spoke with Gilbert. Horrible experience. He doesn’t care. Hangs up on me. He doesn’t know his boss’s name. He gave me a disconnected number than another P.O. number. Mumbles rudely under his breath. Accused my kids of sending the package wrong. It was to be delivered in MO, NOT PA and then BROOKLYN NY. Last time I mail anything there! Needs to be talked to!

I was expecting a package, the tracking said it was delivered to the mailbox on 10/17/18, however, I never received it. Can you confirm which mailbox you delivered it to, because it was not delivered to my assigned mailbox. Please respond asap.

I have had nothing but bad experiences with the deliver in my neighborhood. I live in Ironhorse Canyon. So far within two months some of my daughters college books were not delivered and the tracking said that it was. Also the neighbor brought us some other packages that were sent to his house And then again today I noticed that I had not received another package in the mail. It said it was delivered on September 20. Today's October 3! Somebody got a free gift ! I'm not sure who the carrier is but they have not been able to i'm not sure who the deliverer is but I heard from other members that have been experiencing the same problem. Either this carrier needs new glasses or is dyslexic.

Janet is my favorite person in the world. She was unbelievably helpful and patient while dealing with my multiple phone calls. She deserves a raise, and all those in the customer service industry should follow her example!!
