Having problems to talk to any agent, often get cut off what the point to tell us to wait for the agent to answer the phone, it is very rude. I understand they are busy, at least have a courtesy to answer the phone. This service need to improve, thank you

Nobody answers the phone. The automated system says that your call is being transferred to the operator, but nobody answers and then it cuts off.

I've called multiple times, no answer. And when someone does answer, it's just to hang up. This is very annoying and frustrating.

I live in an apartment complex. Packages are delivered to the office for tenants. On Saturday's the office closes at noon. Last Saturday my package couldn't be delivered because the mail carrier didn't come until 3pm and the office was closed. The form left by the carrier said they would attempt delivery again. So I assumed the delivery would occur during the following week. On Tuesday, I tried to contact USPS and their website is broken. You NEVER answer your phone. So I returned the form to my mailbox requesting redelivery for today. This morning when I checked Amazon tracking, I got the message that the package was being held at the Post Office for me to pick up. Why is this so hard. Delivery is your job. This has happened several times over the past several years not just 2020. I'm at high risk for COVID and not coming to the post office. Guess I'm just out of luck and the money I spent on that item.

On 1/4/2021 i was alerted by my chihuahuas that mailman was coming. I waited at the end of driveway, so i could get mail without he (different man) getting off truck. He dropped of mail at 1 house across my house & was just about to drive by me, but i asked him for my mail. He said, "no mail". Drove off. I watched him and he never stopped at any other house. Turned on to another street with no mail drop off for anyone. Unbelievable, NO ONE GETTING MAIL , no way...he just did NOT deliver. WHY NOT? Upset about this. I believe this has happened before but i never questioned it. Absolutely not right.

I mailed packages to both my children and my father. Paid for two day shipping with signature. 3 packages to be delivered to Indiana on Monday 12/14/20 and no one knows where they are. 1 package to Danville, IL 12/15/20 not delivered. 2 packages to San Clemente, CA arrived late and they put down they were signed for and my daughter-in-law says they just left the at the door and didn't get signature. Tried to call local office and no one answered. Called 800 number and got thrown out because I wanted a real person, not a recording. No wonder they are going downhill. I want my money back all $300 of it. Understand that it's busy and they are short handed but if you are going to sell postage with 2 day delivery dates, then make sure you can do what you are charging for.

my Amazon order states that my package was delivered at 1:48pm.. My package DOES NOT fit in my mailbox. This is NOT this first time this has happened to me. I was home ALL DAY. I DO HAVE A RING DORBELL/CAMERA. PLEASE ADVISE YOUR COURIERS -NOT TO LIE ABOUT A PACKAGE BEING DELIVERED, WHEN IT WAS NOT. I WANT MY PACKAGE!

I got a plastic bag with my recent letter sent to my rental landlord from Harlingen, Texas USPS today. In this bag my money orders were ripped in half. The Harlingen, Texas USPS just stated they were sorry for this and I am left with two money orders for the value of $1250.00 that have no value anymore because they were ripped in half. The Harlingen, Texas USPS did not and refused to take any responsibility for this. This is unacceptable behavior and irresponsibility on the Harlingen, Texas post master himself. What can you expect from this arrogance display of a service. You all should be ashamed of yourself for providing such mediocre service. Now I have to wait 30 days for this to get resolved from the issuer of the money orders. The Harlingen, Texas USPS should take full responsibility and refund me my money through one of their own money orders!! I have tried reaching the Harlingen, Texas Post Master but I guess hiding in the back office is his preference when they know they are at fault. This is just ridiculous behavior on their behalf. I urge everyone with any sense to avoid these ridiculous clowns and do not bring any mailing service, you might regret it on the long run. BEWARE!!

a package was supposed to be delivered to me Saturday however they left a note stating that there was no one available to sign for it . However I was at home the whole day and no one came to the house . The package was to be redelivered on that following Monday. Here I seat all day and no delivery. I am so mad that I could scream.

Worst customer service ever! you sent my package back when it had the right address. You didn't leave a card where to contact or how to contact. Called countless times and never got a pick up. No wonder you're going out of business.

I am so very upset about the fact our Mailman would not come to our door to deliver a priority mail that needed a signature to my door. I was home because I am home bound and never leave. I think he was just to lazy to bring to my apt. So I sent my caregiver to the PO and they would not let her have it even when I signed the back of the orange slip and put her name on it. The gal at the PO was very rude and would not let my caregiver have the mail.

I wanted an update so I had a general idea where he is so I can get my package but horrible service!

For the last 6 months I have not been receiving my mail or getting it late because the mailman says there is cars blocking my box. No one is blocking the mailbox, people park in front of my home but leave anywhere from 3-5ft away from mailbox. There is no way that I can tell people not to park in that area since it is still public to park there.

I have a new mailman. He is delivering the mail of several neighbors to my mailbox. And, who knows if I am receiving all my mail. My address is 3106 Lazy Lake Dr. My name is Michele Maranitch. I have for years and continue to receive mail for Elia Alvarez. Her address is 3106 Lazy PALM Dr N, Harlingen, TX. I have mail for Adam Garcia, Belinda Garcia, Micah San Miguel, Lynne Pitcher, Elia Alvarez with my address of 3106 Lazy Lake Dr., Kent Schutte, Lynn Schutte, Current Homeowner of 3109 Lazy Lake Dr. When I leave others mail in my mailbox for the mailman to pickup and deliver to rightful owners, it remains there for days. PLEASE HELP!!!

Absolutely needed to give authorization for someone to pick up a package for me. I called three times and waited for the next available operator - attempt 1 - 3.5 no one answered, line disconnected, attempt #2 - 1.5 minutes, no one answered, line disconnected, attempt #3 - 3.5 minutes - no answer, line disconnected. What a way to run a struggling business.

Postmaster: Yesterday the mail delivery person left a Priority package containing my Notary Public Supplies ON TOP of the mail box out by the street instead of bringing it to the front door and ringing the door bell. (Because it would not fit in the mail box.) I just happened to see it when I stepped outside. Mt address is 5319 Palm Valley Dr., N. Palm Valley, TX 78552. This delivery person needs to be re-trained - at a minimum.
