I've been calling the 1-800 number to find out if a specific post office accepts general delivery packages. Your automated message kept interrupting itself by saying "I'm sorry I did not get that.." when nothing was said. I never got through the whole recording. Once I said agent, it acknowledged that, then started the recording message over again. I hung up. Called back. Same thing. You NEED a human to answer the phone!

I get medications from Express Scripts. I live in an apt building, I get noticies from you each day listing my mail coming and pkgs for that day. I keep getting a notice I am getting Express Scripts that day but it does not appear. Please see who is also getting Express Scriptsat the same address and send the message to them and not me. I only wish to get messages pertaining to my mail.

On Monday 2/6/22 I had a package slip that required a signature and put the slip in my mailbox. The slip was not picked up. When I tried to call the post office to contact the mail service provider the hold time was over an hour. It takes forever to reach anybody. I feel for the people who are housebound. It would be great if we could contact our post office directly. But that is impossible unless you go in person. So I wait on hold for over an hour, the driver will be out of area by then and probably at home. If something requires a signature good luck getting it on time unless you go in person.

On May 9th 2020 I have been missing mail. When trying to get help from the supervisor at the granbury facility I was basically treated like I was wasting her time! The mail missing is very important. She would not take a minute to go search for the mail all she could explain is that I should report it missing through the app. Which I had already done. Wish I could have a little more help. Also to mentioned very unprofessional behavior by the supervisor and fellow employee who was complaining about their job and threatening to quit was very uncomfortable to witness. At one point during my conversation she could not wait to pass me off to the app so she could speak to another customer (ex-employee) that had walked in, to beg him to return to work there. That she was needing him due to not having enough employees which he refused and said never would he return to work there. I wonder why everyone is is so miserable. I would recommend a higher management to take a good look at this facility and how it’s being ran. They need to invest time to figure out the solution to these problems.

I have a carrier that outright complains about delivering packages specifically Amazon packages. So now before he even gets to my house he has decided to leave a “sorry we missed you” tag in my mail although I was home and he never came to my door. Flat out lazy!!!!

My mail keeps getting redirected everytime I order Amazon. I have to go thru inconvience of calling to get refund. I never moved or did change of address. I have had several packages not show up or missing out of package when delivered.

We have a postal carrier that leaves packages, but doesn't pick up the mail, which forces me to drive to the Post Office to drop off a letter. This only happens on the weekends, so I think he must be part time.

Our mail delivery has always been outstanding. But I just can not let this one time go unreported. I had an Amazon delivery yesterday. The carrier always brings large boxes to the front porch, which is great. But yesterday he left it next to the trash can out in the driveway. I got the e-mail notice confirming that it had been delivered and looked for it on the front porch. It wasn't until we were leaving the house that I found it with the trash can. That is unacceptable!
