Bro I live at 1118 Shelly RD Goliad County.I have to get my mail from Refugio County 78377 because Goliad postal will not deliver. I am very frustrated and disappointed because mail has somehow went to Goliad postal and they did not mark out Goliad and zip code and put Refugio so I could receive my mail. I have had to file for lost titles and pay DOT because of the post office lack of employee to just send my mail. Dot sent my title 2 times to Goliad and they just send back to DOT no telling how much mail I don’t receive because of their lack of initiatives to perform their job as a curtesy. I hope in the future this can be corrected because this is not my fault that Goliad will not deliver mail here even though I pay my taxes and residency of Goliad. Sincerely Edward Kalka
