I'm trying to call and it keeps ringing and ringing.
I have not received mail much lately and come to find out... I now know why.

NOT DELIVERABLE AS ADDRESSED
VACANT

And to think i used to complete background investigations on federal workers...Maybe I need to go back to that line of work.
I AM OWED AN APOLOGY AS WELL AS RETURN POSTAGE TO ALL THE PEOPLE THAT SENT SYMPATHY CARDS THAT WERE RETURNED
The Fresno TX post office and the mail carrier for my route is horrendous. These workers are very rude and uncaring, they would not get a congeniality award from me. they have lost packages, delivered to wrong addresses even though I have a storefront and the package clearly states a business, the carrier will deliver somewhere else. but they say they have left a note in my mailbox ( no note left) Inside the post office even though I have paid extra for certified mail,the certified mail gets "lost" go figure. ???? so I go into the office to find my "lost" package that they say they have delivered. and guess what??? still lost!!! they don't know what happened to it and that's all there is to it. It is "my" problem now! So I decided to get a P.O. Box. ... Guess what???? no better. they just jam it full with advertisements that I have requested NOT to put in my box. They say..... we can't and wont do anything about it. You just have to live with it like everyone else!. Sooooooo Ruuuude!!!! This Post office sucks!!!!!!
Did not receive my UPS package on the date of said delivery of 5/17/2017, check my mailbox for 4 days, still not a package. I had to call the UPS office 5/19/2017 to notify no receipt of package, then I had to inconvenely call the sender, who expressed the Fresno Post Office confirmed receipt of a package I NEVER RECEIVED???? How so....That's CRIMINAL!!! As of 5/19/2017 I still don't have my package I paid for...that's stealing from customers. Where is my package?
SO PISSED PAID TO HAVE SHIPMENT COME IN 2 DAYS AND THE POST OFFICE IS LAZY NEVER EVEN ATTEMPTED TO DELIVER MY PACKAGE. I don't know where my package is!! The tracking system says my package was delivered to my home at 9:50 am Thursday,and it WAS NOT!!! I was home and no one delivered a package to my house. Today is Veteran's Day, so no one is available to talk to today. I'll try again on Saturday, but I have a sinking feeling that my package won't be found! Will the postal carrier own up to the fact the he or she did not actually do their job? After all, they've already said that it was delivered and it wasn't. I understand that mistakes happen, especially in the postal system, I just hope that they won't add dishonesty to the long list of postal "mishaps".
However, if my package is delivered, I will update this post. So stay tuned to find out the results of "the missing package #1001".
The Fresno, TX post office is sooooo slow. I have my own business and while the post office is only a street away I drive to other post office in a another town because they are so slow to get things out. It is also very racial atmosphere as well. There also is a very tall woman that my husband calls the POSTAGE NAZI. She will find any reason to return your item. (especially if you are not the same race as her)
