I know that Monday was a holiday, but we have received no mail delivery for the two days after Christmas. If they are having employee problems, they need to get it fixed. When usps.com says that we should be receiving mail, and there is nothing, something is broken and needs to be fixed. Perhaps we need a new Postmaster.

We live in a gated community. UPS and Fedex deliver packages to our doorsteps, using either the gate code or our construction entrance (6am to 6pm). Our postal carrier just dumps packages at our community mail stop outside the gate. Not secure. Frequently letters are in the wrong boxes. I hear daily complaints.

I was to receive a package Saturday. Instead, a slip was left in mailbox that delivery was attempted. Filled out slip for re delivery for Monday, but here it is Tuesday and still no package. There are days that they don't even deliver our mail. What is happening with our postal service? And they are going up om postage for what?? To pay a mail carrier for not doing his job??

Here on E. Schubert Street we have been having problems with the new delivery person. We never used to have problems at all. Recently the mail coming from the Austin hub to Fredericksburg is a total mess. A Priority mail took 15 days to arrive then was not delivered to my door for the signature. Now an envelope from a State agency that was mailed from Austin has yet to arrive, it’s been 11days!!! What is going on???

The postal carrier apparently decided that our home postal box was abandoned during our recent remodel. We are not receiving mail our 502 W. Creek St. Fredericksburg, TX address. Our banks have notified us of returned bank statements and we are not getting our billing from the city. The house is not abandoned! The postman has seen us out working in the yard. What gives? When will we get mail service?

We are not receiving mail in the box you assigned us. 2045 Stone Meadow Dr. 78624 Someone mailed us a card and it was returned to her saying “no such address”.??????

Fredericksburg USPS never answers their phone and can’t seem to deliver a package. We usually get a note saying the parcel won’t fit in the mailbox. Of course a parcel won’t fit in a mailbox. Sometimes they just dump it on the side of the road in front of our house, which sits 72 feet from the road and has a circular drive. All other delivery services have no problem delivering our packages to the house. Please get out of the parcel delivery service. And answer your phone.

I was sent a Sunday delivery for Mother's Day by my daughter. It contained edibles and was left in our mailbox by the highway. I live less than a mile from the public road, and according to Post Office directives, packages are supposed to be delivered to my front door. I have repeatedly complained about this, and there's always an excuse - e.g. substitute driver, etc. My address is 111 Cameron Rd. which indicates the distance of 1 tenth+ of a mile to my residence!!

All my mail was wet today. The sun is shining and my mailbox is dry. Same thing happened with our voting ballots. Had to request new ballots. What is going on?

North Hwy 16, mail person must have caught our mailbox door and it was ripped off. The letter we were mailing with the flag up, was lying in the street. Once I sent a birthday card to my grandchild and it never got to the destination. We get other people’s mail often. We have missed statements and had to pay late fees. Absolutely awful.

As incompetent as they come. The number they give is never answered. When we moved to our new place they insisted we get our key changed. "It will take a week" they said. A month later we're still have not recieved our key. When notified of the situation 2 weeks later they said "we need a letter from your new address to verify you live there".... how are we supposed to accomplish that if we have no access to our mail!? I clearly see why they have a 1 star rating on Google.

As far as I know I sent a tax check for an inspection to City Hall 126 W Main Street Fredericksburg, TX 78624-3708 I believe my brother John may have stolen the money order and re-written the letter and made a threat. I have tried for days, several times a day, to reach anyone at the Fredericksburg, Tx USPS by phone and it was never answered! It just rang and rang and rang. If they don’t take calls, then they should not list their phone number. The USPS 800 number is simply a joke.

I never received my phone bill for this month. I waited and waited, now its due onthe 5th of Sept. And I had to pay a late fee. They said they sent it. I have tried numerous times to contact the post master! they will not answer the phone. It finally just disconnects. Whats the deal why was my bill not deluvered to my box. Im pissed beyond words.

The last time it rained, I went out to the mailbox and found half the mail in the street....wet and imprinted with tire tracks. Have you ever tried to call them? It is futile. Nobody answers...ever. Worst customer service I have ever experienced for a postal service.

Finding packages 📦 in the road ! Valuable packages! Just picked another one up last night in the road. Please place them over the fence like you used to do! I am placing a camera there because I cant afford to lose valuables to thieves! Being in a rural area , leaving them on the side if the road is not safe! Thank you!

VERY aggravated. I mailed a certified letter from Lytle TX to Fredericksburg TX (to Security State Bank & Trust) on January 31, 2018. As of today, February 15, 2018 it is still not delivered & I received a USPS text message & USPS email that I need to fill out a form for “redelivery”. I filled out the online form completely and for delivery to be tomorrow, but I keep getting a message that it won’t go through! The Fredericksburg USPS phone number and the USPS toll free phone number both say it will be a 40-50 minute wait for someone to answer my call. Really?!!! This is totally unprofessional on the part of the USPS, and a waste of my time.

Based on the poor ratings that the Fredericksburg Tx. post office gets, I don't expect any improvement. In the Alamo Springs Ranch area, Residence receive other residence mail daily and the addresses are "Clearly" labeled, because "WE" have to RE- Deliver the mail
