First time I went for a forwarding address they failed to tell me I needed to return. The second time I went in they said bring the letter and a drivers license. Which I did. Then she asked for some old address material. I showed her my car insurance for the old address. She asked for my old license. I informed her that it was illegal I. Texas to carry more than one license. finally a supervisor came out and said it was ok.

This PO never answers the phone, this organization is the absolute biggest joke and inept at everything they do. No wonder they loose billions of dollars annually. Postal Service in the same sentence is an oxymoron.

So angry!!!! Every time I stop my mail it is still being delivered. These employees obviously do not care about customer service at all. I have a ring camera so have proof my mail is being delivered during hold times. I have gone in snd talked to manager but it doesn’t matter snd they don’t answer phones at all

This facility has to be the absolute slowest and worst customer service in Tarrant county. When I first walked in the line was all the way out into the lobby due to the 6ft. distancing and being eight people ahead of me. , Three clerks were working the windows next time I looked up and noticed there was only one clerk struggling to attend to the 15 people who now stand in line with mask and keeping our distance. Other workers were walking past and maybe lay something on a counter or open a drawer and then disappear again. The clerk has no idea what he is doing. If we weren’t sick with corona before we walked in I’m sure we are now! I stood there in line an hour and 35 minutes before I was waited on. It took the clerk 25 minutes to put a military sticker on a box to be shipped to Italy. I knew more than he did on sending the package as I send one every two to three weeks. I will seriously think twice before I walk into facility that has never heard of team co workers or doing things in a timely manor

USPS at Oak Lane. Not answering phone 817-926-3948 Mail carrier service to 4320 Bellaire Dr. S. Apt.XXX, Fort Worth, Tex 76109. Very inconsistent. I don’t think mail has been delivered since Wednesday, 04/15/2020?

Dear Postal Service: I placed the orange bag filled with food items to be picked on Saturday, May 10. My mail was delivered, but the bag was not taken. Would it be OK to leave it out for pick up tomorrow, or is it too late to send the food on?
I would appreciate an answer so I can do something else with the items if it cannot be picked up still.
