Incompetents, these carriers do not have the common sense to latch a gate, it's a gate it is there for security, security means closed and as Rick spoke about what good to have a phone but a simply thing like a gate I can only imagine all the calls they would receive for other things.

Being a retired government employee was very hesitant to complain about delivery which is late night wrong mail or not receiving my mail but others from other streets.if I'm getting other folks mail they must be getting mine such as my VA meds please help.

I hope I receive my package this time. The last time I purchased something. The postman stated he put in mailbox and mailbox was too small.
