Both the week of 26 Feb 2024 and 4 Mar 2024, I had ON BOTH Occasions, mail delivered yet mail that was in the mailbox Not PICKED UP. On the second day, I left a note on my box to PLEASE PICK UP. Today, MAIL WAS MIS-DELIVERED TO MY NEXT DOOR NEIGHBOR, the Tuckers, 4817 Schooner CtThat’s 3 bloopers in less than 2 weeks. No wonder if I really need something to go out with no glitch, I call that particular company. Losing my trust. Great people that work for the USPS, losing faith.

What’s going on? Some days I don’t get mail at all, and when I do get mail I have to use my flashlight to go to the mailbox….it’s usually my neighbors mail I end up getting.

Good counter service, but, and this is a big but, the mail carrier service for our area is horrible. Every day I get mail from other neighbors and who knows who gets my mail. There’re big numbers on my mailbox with the house #, still I get someone else’s mail, which I then walk and deposit on their mail box. Called the local PO, NO ONE ever picks up the phone.!it seems that todays mail carriers don’t care at all, at least these young kid they’re currently using.

We must have the laziest postal carrier(s) I've EVER seen! Living in the Lakeside area of Flower Mound, our house is very near the Tavern. 616 Surrey Lane. We are the first house on the street & patrons of the restaurants & shops tend to park near our mailbox frequently. As much as I try to let cars know not to do this, it still happens & of course...the carrier won't get out of the truck or car to put mail in our box. They also come very late on most days, which makes it worse. Tonight, I went out there at 6:10pm & saw the truck delivering mail a couple of houses up...looked in our box & nothing there because a car was close to our box. I couldn't get to them to talk before they sped off. We know we have mail because we get an email with pictures of everything coming for that day. This is unbelievable that a carrier would care so little about doing a good job that they just get through as fast as possible & NOT deliver mail when they have it. It would take 5 seconds to jump out & put it in the box. I have complained about this before twice. The first time, things got better for a little while. The second time, I never got a response from USPS. We also have a missing package claim going that the carrier said was delivered but our email shows no packages delivered to our address. This is just wrong & frustrating. Please call me to discuss. 817-946-2958

Our mail delivery person is not closing our mailboxes and leaves them open after putting in our mail. Several mailboxes in the neighborhood are left open every day! This has been going on for almost two months! I tried to call the Flower Mound post office, but could not get through. This just invites people to take our mail and steal our information. Even after putting a polite sticky note on our mailbox to close it, the mailperson did not do it and left it wide open.

A 2-day priority insured package that was shipped from Sanford, FL to me starting on 9/14/2021 was placed in my mailbox today. The package is completely destroyed and wet. I've contacted the company that shipped it to me and have sent them a video of the package so they can file a claim. I am leaving a comment here because the package was clearly destroyed on its way through the USPS system so someone along the line should have taken responsibility within USPS to make the customer right who paid for the shipping. What did they expect I would do with it after it arrived in that condition? It would be different if it wasn't in a USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelope and with a USPS-generated Priority Next Day Lable. Bad form, USPS.

I just went to the post office on Olympia Street in Flower Mound. I had prepaid postage and I’ve never had my stuff weighed or be charged additional for prepaid postage and the clerk tried to do that. She was very very rude I had to walk out without mailing my packages.

Your site says you are open today, but of course you are not and there are LOTS people trying to drop off packages to mail but your drop box is also broken as it have been for a few months. This is the WORST run post office I have ever experienced, FIRE the manager!

12/14/2020 got in at 5pm left at 6pm. I wanted to send off two packages (one I had a printed label to use for return) and get stamps. It was a long line and I waited about an hour to get to the front to get help sending off my packages. The group of ladies appeared to be in a good mood, and I gave a cheerful hello, I would like to send these packages... then got cut off and lit up by the lady behind the counter. Told me with an serious attitude I had a label, it needed to be taped on, and I am not allowed to use their tape for first class only priority - which I had the second package I wanted to send priority, but she would not hear it. I tried to say I had a second package with an address and she told me my printed email was the label, and she was wrong, it was instructions to me as to where it would go. So, I was not able to send the packages, I got frustrated and forgot I needed stamps. I left, drove to Fed Ex, waited 15 minutes, they got the label for the priority box and it is shipping out super easy, did not get hassled at Fed Ex, and was provided outstanding customer service. This is why Fed Ex and UPS are doing better than USPS. They provide a service, whereas USPS just lit me up with attitude and I got nothing to show for it but wasted time. I'm frustrated to say the least. In no way did I deserve that treatment or the lack of help I needed. I don't ship packages regularly and do not have inside details on how to navigate USPS. Fed Ex stood up and helped me... for a price, but they are happy to take my money, where the USPS seems to not want to do business or help us; the customer. We deserve better from USPS.

I have been waiting for mail for the last 3 days. The mailbox area has been clear so the mailman can drive up to the mailbox and deliver the mail without getting out of the vehicle. Unfortunately, the mailman was confronted last week regarding not giving our mail due to a car was parked too close to the mailbox, and the mailman would have to get out of the vehicle and walk to the mailbox to deliver the mail. That was unaccceptable and inconvenient for the mailman to perform their job. A call was make to the supervisor to raise our concerns on our mail delivery situation. We have not received any mail for the last three days. There has been a clear path to the mailbox with no cars obstruction near the mail box. This has never happened in the 20+ years we have lived in Flower Mound. I guess this is payback for raising mail delivery concerns to the supervisor at the Flower Mound Postal Office.

We have had the exact same issue with our mail delivery. I have lived in Flower Mound also for 20 years. Never had I had such horrible mail service. We where not getting our mail because they thought we where parked to close to our mail box. We moved our car back 6 feet from the mail box but we are still not getting our mail. My husband question the mail carrier but he still refuses to deliver our mail. We called Flower mound post office and spoke to a supervisor and she told us to write someone who cares. This is such a surprise to hear how little someone cares about their job and their community.

At the beginning of the year, we've noticed a change in the way that our mail is delivered to our house. The mailbox is frequently left open, increase in receiving wrong mail, late mail deliveries, and/or lost mail. I wasn't sure if we were the only ones experiencing some of these problems so decided to go around the neighborhood and in one afternoon found 13 mailboxes left open! The quality of service has definitely decreased. If the person handling the mail could please give the same attention as you would want someone to care for your own mail.

I was expecting a live shipment at this location so I called the day before......terrible conversation with somebody that cared less. This morning I called at 6:30 am to see of my birds were in....no answer....So I drove there and was told wen I walked in by a cleaning person they were closed......REALLY...I rang the bell no answer....knocked on the door no answer.....Although I could hear them behind the door. I went to work and called at 8:45 and some fool said the birds were not there......I pressed this idiot and he finally looked...came back to the phone...and said the birds were there...... What in the world has happened to this government office ????? They have my phone number and the prior 7 times I have ordered I ALWAYS get a phone call around 6:30 am. These people are TERRIBLE and should be counseled. I have another shipment next week of the same nature and I will visit the office manager before this happens.

Personally, my mail service has been stellar up until our postman retired last year. Now, it is an absolute TRAIN WRECK. we need to know that someone cares at the post office. we are receiving our bills so late that they are now incurring fees and I for one am having the vendors such as ATT and Frontier contact the post office directly to address it. i hope they have better luck then we have. Next step is our city leaders. Mail is a federal RIGHT

I was in Flower Mound USPS on Olympia at 3:30pm Tuesday, July 10. A family member gets a package every 3 or 4 months with medication from Abbvie manuf. it’s addressed to Flower Mound Herbal Pharmacy, dr Jennifer Pomales, 1001 Cross Timbers Rd, Flower Mound, TX. 75028. It is being sent back by the postman that delivers to Pharmacy Bldg. Abbvie has been sending this pkg to this Pharmacy for over 4 years with no problem ever. Last 3 shipments of Synthroid have all been sent back to Abbvie. To me and I’m sure all around the clerk was loud and rude. She kept saying there was no Suite # on the box. I told her the Pharmacy address hasn’t had Suite # for over 4 years and all past pkgs have been delivered successfully. Clerk kept saying no suite # it won’t deliver. I then asked if the carrier could have a note put in carriers box or be contacted about this issue. Clerk said a flat “NO!” Everyone in the office could hear her loud voice. Everyone doesn’t need to hear the business I have with the United States Post Office. It was very embarrassing! She violated my privacy by being so loud and rude. Thank you for looking in to this. I tried to call to speak to supervisor or postmaster—on hold for over 2 hours.

Service continues to get worse and worse. I had a title lost in the mail for a new vehicle, among multiple other important letters recently. When trying to reach the flower mound post office there is no phone number that will reach through to an individual rather a busy Signal or a direct hang up. Even when going in in person and answer cannot be supplied. After visiting multiple days I received multiple answers none of which answered the same way. The flower mound post office is definitely not something you want to depend on or anything important. The most recent issue was I have a communal mailbox and the mail person was too lazy to bring the certified mail notice to my door rather leave a note in my box to bring to the post office. They made no attempt to deliver it to me in person and it was vital that I received it today thus the certified mail. Fireman post office should have federal funding pooled and a private service instituted if it was an option. Are used to never have these options but as of the last six months to a year they have been increasingly worse! Do not depend on your flower mound mail if you need something immediately or in any kind of timely manner!

Our postal boxes no longer accommodate the amount and sizes of items being shipped or letters mailed. We have no outgoing box or place to return parcels. I would suggest an additional unit of boxes at the end of the cul de sac. There is a perfect place in the median where a tree is no longer there and an open space remains. An alternative spot would be on the greenbelt at the end of the street. Thank you. .

Sick to death of these ignorant & careless people that call themselves postal employees. Over the last 5 years these idiots have done everything except deliver mail in a timely matter. When you go to talk with a supervisor, no luck, same issue, idiots. They are incapable of doing what should be very simple, since it is one of the oldest institutions in our country & they have been at it for so long. This office gives them all a bad name. What is the point in the parcel boxes if our boxes never get put in them, especially since they aren't delivering parcels until 8:30 at night, how stupid is that? Guess we will just have to keep writing and calling.

Our PO Box at Flower Mound, Texas came up for renewal 4/30/17. I renewed it online on 4/4/17. On 5/21 I visited the box to find the lock had been changed. I called the PO on Monday about 10 AM to get a "we're closed" message saying they should have been open for some time. I left a message explaining my problem but received no call back. I called again Tuesday 5/23 morning and heard "the machine is off". I tried again Tuesday afternoon and finally got an answer. I was put on hold for 10 - 15 minutes listening to a static-laden message advertising postal services. Finally someone came on the line and told me the box had been closed on 4/19. Eventually, after another 10 - 15 minutes of holding, they found the payment and agreed to mail me new keys as the lock that fits my key had been discarded. The person I spoke with was brusque, not at all apologetic. All in all, not a pleasant experience.

Worst customer service of any post office ever used. New to the area, and six weeks later the delivery person refuses to deliver the mail to our home. We have moved the box twice to fit the "driver's specifications" and still no mail. The PO is dysfunctional.

Seriously? One person, not in uniform at all. Slowly, very slowly helping people south a line out the door. At least 5 other postal employees slowly wandering around not helping customers either. I only moved forward because customers left the line out of frustration. I was there almost an hour before I gave up like the rest. I'm going to UPS...maybe brown will be faster and more customer centric...

I am trying to get answers for 2 separate packages I mailed on Jan 30, 2017 at 10:50am. Your tracking information says still waiting for seller to drop off packages. WRONG!!! Printed the shipping labels at 10:04am, and 10:14am. I dropped them off at 10:50am, inside the PO over 27 hours ago. How in the world can you still be waiting for me to drop them off....I told both of my customers I mailed them yesterday morning. Your poor service is making me look like a liar. I am done with USPS shipping through Ebay. Very poor service, on USPS part, can't even talk to someone without waiting 30-40 minutes on hold. Insane. Hire more people so our calls can be answered in a timely fashion.

No mail delivery or pick up of outgoing mail today, Tuesday, Jan 24. Also, I had stopped mail last week and had requested all past stopped mail to be delivered yesterday- as requested. Yesterday, I received the day's mail but not past mail. And today, there was no mail delivery- why?

Not impressed with the staff at this post office. I was trying to obtain a passport and went through the application process. And the attendant who was processing my information was rude and did not know what she was doing because I got a letter from the U.S. Department of State saying that I did not send in the correct information. Talked with a representative at the U.S. Department of State asking them if this was an error that should have been caught sooner by post office staff and it was surely an error on them that they should have caught, and this was a mistake that costed me a lot of money. Will never be going back to them again for passport applications.
