I'm having a run around about my mail because of the mail I had on 615 N. Main st no 111 Euless tx and I can't understand why it was aloud for the lady that lost her business to give out mail in front of the place that she don't have anymore it caused me to lose my mail it should be a federal case but I will have a change of address Wednesday so I hope I didn't lose most of my mail that's very important to me thanks I just wanted to put this problem out there.

We recently moved from Euless to Keller, and completed the change of address form online. Only about half of our mail (including our beloved Christmas cards) is being forwarded. Some has actually been returned to sender with a sticker saying "Return to sender Insufficient address Unable to forward" (I have a photo of two such envelopes returned to our church in Grapevine.) This notation makes absolutely no sense, as the (incorrect) address is correct and clear as day, and the corrected address was submitted online so there is no chance it was "insufficient." Do better, Euless Post Office!

Today was my first time doing shipping myself and a man at the second desk helped me to figure out everything and helped me to package a ship that I was shipping. He was extremely nice and although I was planning for it to be a one in a while event, I may as well find some stull in my house just to get shipped so that I can see him again. Unfortunately I didn't get his name and get to really say how thankful I am that he just made my day. I am a college student, I am going to school and even though this week is so busy for me, I appreciate and want to take the time to write how thankful I am for amazing people like him. I hope we meet sometime again.

All the reporting had me worried about packages being stolen from my porch. What I didn't expect was for it to be stolen by the Post Office. My package was sent requiring a signature so they wouldn't just leave it. They didn't, however, leave me any kind of notice that it had arrived. When I didn't get it be the expected delivery date I used the tracking to find out it was being held at this post office. Went to pick it up, but it was gone. They told me to submit a case online, but all that got me was an unsatisfying form letter apology for my "lost" package.

I see an ad on this page for hard working employees to apply, don't you mean hardly working. This post office is the biggest joke for service you have ever encountered. The so called employees will not and do not help anyone. The last time I was in the post office I had a notice that a package I was waiting on was delivered, and of course it was not. I waited in line for over 30 minutes while two employees had their backs to me an others in line. Talking about their shift being over and how someone needed to tell someone to come to the front. As the female employee closed her counter to at least 4 people in line, that she was done and that she would tell someone to come to the front. The other employee helped a young man that came in after the 4 of us standing in line. Someone did come to the front 15 minutes later. It was my turn and I told the lady that my package never was delivered. So began excuses, when I explained to her that I had been home all day looking for the package she said well you will have to talk to a supervisor, which I waited on for another 15 minutes. She came to the front and as I tried to explain what had happened the other employee interrupted and the supervisor put her hand in my face and said hush. The employee told her she checked and it was delivered. She turned around and left and came back 10 minutes later with a print out of the front of my house and asked me if this was my house and I said yes. She then looked at me and said it was delivered. When I tried to explain that it wasn't she walked off turned around and yelled at me file a complaint. I told her that I was a customer and she needed to talk with me and she said I will not talk to anyone that doesn't make sense. I told her that I was not leaving until she spoke with me and she said I don't give a damn spend the night. I received another notice today that another package I was expecting was delivered yesterday, well guess what it wasn't. I think the post office decides which packages they want to keep and those they want to deliver. I bet they have a lot of nice stuff. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH WHEN WILL THIS SO CALLED POST OFFICE BE DEALT WITH. You can't complain to the post master he is the same way the employees are, he won't listen and he hangs up when he it done with you. Does anyone know who we can file a complaint with that will be taken seriously.

On Tuesday, August 22, 2017, no one on Live Oak Drive in 76040-3900 received our mail. That's junk mail day, but sometimes something important comes; even so, the mail is supposed to be delivered daily, Monday through Saturday. I called the 1-800 number, where the wait time was an hour and 15 minutes, so then called the "Phone: 817-684-0063" number to ask why. The phone rang at least 20 times at 10:12 a.m. on Thursday, August 24, 2017. Finally, a recording told me they couldn't take my call at that time. I guess I'll have to go in and file a formal complaint.

My mail had food on it and therefore ants all over my mail. Please ask your carriers not to wipe their hands on the mail when they eat while on the route.

Postmaster is very rude and will not try to solve a very simple problem which could only take a few seconds to solve. He wouldn't answer a simple question about a postal rate of a 1 oz. non machinable birthday card which I sent with $o.68 affixed and hand canceled at my Post Office. The recipient of this card was charged $2.15 ADDITIONAL POSTAGE DUE. Why? So the total postage came to $2.83 for a non-machinable less than an ounce regular birthday card. Common sense didn't come into play here. There is no rate of any size piece of mail @ $2.83 from N.Y. to Texas. The Postmaster insisted the rate was right and hung up on me. People like him should not be in the position. I think it is a disgrace.

I am very impressed with the employees at this location. I never have to wait long & they are very friendly, knowledgeable & helpful. I don't mind taking a package to the post office.

It is pretty upsetting to find personal information in the mail that belongs to tour neighbors or someone who does not belong to your address and to not find the mail that belongs to your address when you are expecting the check you live off of that day. Then to come to the post office only to find out they cant do anything for us and the mail carrier does not know where our mail is. That is just crap and very unprofessional. The two employees acted like they did not care and were not worried that their carriers are being careless with personal information in the mail. Which the last time i checked was a federal offense for someone other than the person the mail is issued to, to handle that mail. Very very upset they are completely ridiculous.

Very unprofessional group of people here. They lost my key for a parcel box. Went too the post office wasnt helped out the lady at the desk had a bad attitude. Then called the post office in euless and was told that i couldnt speak to a supervisor and that maitainance couldnt come out till the next day because no one was on shift, told them the package was important and she didnt care. Really thinking about changing my mailing address to my parents in bedford atleast those people are helpfull at that office. I am very unsatisfied with the customer service at the euless post office.
