Very disappointed in the mail carrier for the Bay Colony Pointe subdivision. There was a "Fill the Bag to StampOutHunger" event to help feed families in our community, on Saturday, May 13, 2017. I filled two bags, set them by my mailbox and both bags were left. The bags were looked at, touched and then the mail carrier drove off. I had attached the card requesting donations to the bag. The mail carrier went down to the cul-de-sac, made the circle, came back by my mailbox, put a letter in the box and drove away. If Dickinson is not going to participate in the StampOutHunger event, then please stop putting the notices in the mail boxes and stop pretending you are a partner and trying to make a difference.

I have had 2 packages shipped to me using USPS. Both were not left at my house. Instead of packages, Re-Delivery slips were left. I have scheduled a re-delivery twice for both packages. I can only assume that USPS did not even attempt to re-deliver since no slips or packages have been left. I have been on hold with the 800 number for 20 minutes since Dickinson Post Office will not answer their phone at all. I called for over an hour. I have confirmation #s for each re-delivery request but can't figure out where my packages are nor can I get a hold of an actual human. More than peeved that I have had to deal with this for over a month now.

I have been trying to call the Dickinson Texas post office for the last two days and all I get is just a ring ring ring ring ring nobody ever answers the phone after about 20 rings it goes to a busy signal this is why people are going to different shipping methods and different mailing methods than the United States Post Office

The Dickinson Post Office, is unresponsive most of the time and when you do get someone, you never know if they will even answer your question. I see that they open at 8:30. It is now almost 10:00. I tried calling several times, so they took their phone OFF THE HOOK. I need to know where my mail is, so where are these people working in this Post Office? Will I have to drive the 12 miles to this Post Office to ask a simple question? YES. This happens all the time. When I went there to rent a Post Office box, I was treated like an alien, so I went to Bacliff and they are nice. AND they answer their telephones. Someone has my mail and it is not Bacliff. I need to speak to a person in Dickinson Post Office.
