I really appreciate the mail carriers on my route and have learned the local post office is working to stabilize things and provide more consistent delivery service in a town that is growing way too fast and whose streets are in constant repair and re-construction. Mail delivery may be 9:30 am and it may be mid to late afternoon but the carriers are polite and professional. In an ideal world, my mail would arrive within an hour of the same time every day and I'm not real clear as to why that kind of standard is not consistently met but it's likely due to mail volume and personnel that vary a bit too much coupled with ancient mail cars Congress has not chosen to replace with newer cars. But what do I know!?!

Wheeler Ridge mail person is rude, beats on the door if you don't answer in 2 seconds, and I've witness him/her on several occasions THROW a package from 30 feet away to someone's porch. RUDE!!!!

Saw the mail lady speed out of the neighborhood at 5:55 p.m.on 07/16/2016. Must of had a hot date passing all those mail boxes in Bent Creek Estates including mine. Really appreciate it too; I already get my mail as late as 5 p.m. already.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!! I've been waiting on my package for weeks, they "attempted to deliver" supposedly and then didn't let me know that it failed to go through and were about to ship it back to sender, aren't open long enough for me to get there after my working day to pick it up and wont leave it at the front office with my apartment. YOU GUYS SUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!

We have an issue in our community of people getting mail for other addresses near by. I hope to resolve this in person. Nothing on the site exists to open a problem incident.

Called this morning, and did not get much help. Service seemed like they did not to help after my situation from this morning. I will not be using this postal service again.
