I put in a mail forwarding request and they literally aren't forwarding any of my mail. Had 3 weeks worth of mail built up and haven't received a single piece. Their support is very hard to get a hold of. And their google ratings are at 1 star. Wouldn't be surprised if I never got my mail at this point. Very frustrating to deal with, wish I could report them somewhere to higher authority. This just isn't right.

You guys try to deliver to an apartment complex at 9am knowing the office doesn’t open til 10am. Then there’s no answer from the location whenever you call! Just bad business! I had to call another location just to try to get in contact with your location!

My husband had a package that was supposed to be delivered to our house on a Saturday. We received a notification late that night that the package was available to be picked up at the Post Office instead of being delivered. On Monday at 11am, I tried calling the Post Office to ask why the package was now showing it had to be picked up, or if it was just a delayed delivery. I called the location back to back for over an hour-the phone just drops your call after 60seconds-and during that hour, I had only one person answer and immediately put me on hold for over 20 minutes before that call dropped. I continued to call, and after the hour of calling, the same employee as before angrily answered asking what I wanted. She wouldn’t let me explain anything or even finish my sentences. She cut me off and just asked for a tracking number and put me back on hold again. I sat on hold for another 20 minutes before someone finally got back on because I said while on hold “Someone needs to take me off hold because this is ridiculous.” They immediately took me off hold, so clearly they could hear me, and said “Ma’am we are busy today, your package is here.” and I said “I am not frustrated about the package at all, I’m frustrated that I’ve been calling for an hour and a half now and have been put on hold twice for a simple question and no one will talk to me.” They immediately changed their attitude and my easy question was answered in two minutes and we were done. I have never had such a terrible interaction.

I just got a note in my mailbox that my package was not able to be delivered to me because they missed me. But I am here all day. So....either they are lazy or because you close at 12pm they just thought, screw it, I'll just write a note instead of putting the package on the door step. It would've taken 30 seconds just to put it on my doorstep instead of being lazy. Do better.

I have had many, many packages “out for delivery” at 6:00 am, which don’t get delivered that same day, but the next day. And it’s not because the letter carrier works early— often does not deliver Mail until 7:30 PM. About a month ago a $30 item was supposedly delivered, but I never got it. I went to the PO to inquire. The person called the letter carrier while I stood there, and arranged for them to call me back. But they never called me, and of course no package. I’m a big fan of the USPS, but my service from this location has been horrible for about 3 years now.

This is the slowest and worst service ever!! I regularly visit to pick up my employers mail, purchase stamps & supplies. They either never have the certified mailers out where they need to be or always out of them. No customer service ever & today there was a line of ppl waiting because the one rep & mail sorter were too busy trying to tape a customers box & had no idea what they were doing. It took 5mins for another rep to come out & when she did, she told a customer that had been waiting on her “oh was I helping you, did I forget about you?, I went to the back and forgot what I was doing.” As a prior military service member, I can’t believe how unprofessional the service at this post office is. Please let me know if you need to hire more qualified, responsible and diligent reps, I’d be glad to work here and get this place in shape.

The service is awful. I have repeatedly reported carriers not delivering the sale papers on Wednesday. I just payed a 27.00 late fee on a bill that I never received. This is an on going problem that happens whenever they move our regular postman to another area. I just asked the postman for todays ads, and he said there aren't any. The ads are always delivered on Wednesday. I will be contacting the Postmaster General

I am a day sleeper and, while I know this package needs to be signed for, in the past your employees have always gotten a signature from the Complex Office. It is common practice here to leave all packages in the Office. I someone comes tomorrow, would you PLEASE ask them to have my complex Manager to sign for the package.

One of the qualifications to get a job in this place is to be incredibly incapable and rude.

If I could give negative stars I would! The staff doesn't seem to know what customer service is and clearly does not care about you or your packages. For over 3 weeks I have played phone tag and been run in circles with this post office about a package that they claim they delivered but has yet to show up. They say they cant figure out who says they delivered it but when I personally went up to this location they cla... view moreim they can find out. Nothing has been done and they never call back as they say they will. I will be perusing other options against this building and its employees ! Theft is a crime on any level and it seems as even the management is involved in some sort of cover up of its employees criminal hijinks.
