It's my turn to complain. I was supposed to get seven pieces of mail today, but all I received was my usual Tuesday junk mail and somebody else's mail from two blocks over. Apparently by the number of complaints on this page, it doesn't do any good to complain. Thank you and God Bless.!!!!

92612924912765551021419270. Tracking information states that package was delivered to front door on 2/14/20. The package cannot be located.

Showed up at 3:55 and doors were closed and locked. Sign says they close at 4. A woman was there a couple minutes before me and she said they were closed before she got there. Waste of my time driving all the way up there if they can't honor the times they have listed to be open

9405509205328580140325 The kind of service we have come to expect from the Crosby post office. My wife picked this package up out of the street. From where it was dropped in front of the mailbox, street side. Delivery notice said it was on front porch, but someone would have to get out of vehicle to do that.

CROSBY POST OFFICE DRIVERS ARE THE WORST. WE HAVE A MAIL LADY WHO HAS HELD SENIOR CITIZENS MAIL BECAUSE SHE HAS AN ISSUE W/A MINOR. SHE EVEN WENT AS FAR AS LYING TO HER EMPLOYER AND SAID SHE WAS IN FEAR OF HER LIFE. WHICH HAS BEEN A LIE. WE EVEN HAVE A WITNESS WHO SAW THE WHOLE INCIDENT. OUR PACKAGES HAVE COME DAMAGED AND SOME LETTERS EVEN LOOK TAMPERED WITH. SHE HAS BROUGHT OUR MAIL LATE WHERE WE RECEIVE LATE FEES BECAUSE SHE HAS A PERSONAL VENDETTA AGAINST US.

Informed delivery shows the mail I get every day, except yesterday! Saturday 12/8 never seen the mail carrier come and never received my mail! Hopefully it comes Monday as there was an important piece of mail I should have received!

For the second time I am complaining about the USPS truck going full blast down Big Deer Drive, which is 30 mph. We have kids and pets along this residential road and if one were to run out if front of the truck, there would be no stopping it. Today is Sunday, 11/18/2018.

3:30pm today a lady driving unit number 4308374 wearing grey sweatpants and a teal colored shirt almost hit my car while I was pulling in my driveway and while taking a package next door got out to take the package up to the door and decided to cuss me out while looking at me walking back to her mail car I’ve had a problem before with this you guys need more respectful drivers on the road

Worse service of any usps location I’ve ever lived at. If you don’t want to deliver my packages, just owned it. But don’t lie about it. Lazy Lazy Lazy.

This is the 4th time in one month that I have received someone else's mail!!! I have been hand delivering them to the correct persons, but this is enough! It makes me wonder if my w2 form has been delivered to the wrong person with MY ss# given to a stranger!!!! WAKE UP PEOPLE!!!!!!!

I have not received any mail in Crosby for 10 days now. I realize we had a major storm called Harvey that closed roads and devastated families and physical structures, but mail delivery used to be important. Grocery stores are open. Fast food business are open. Garbage pick up has resumed. I have tried to call this post office for the last few days to see when rural delivery service would begin again or to see if I could pick up my mail there and got no answer. This morning, Saturday, a day the desk is supposed to be open until noon, four days after the last drizzle of Harvey in our area, I drove to the post office and found the retail center locked and dark. I searched the doors and windows for some announcement for this closure, some apology or explanation, some hope for resumption of duties and found--nothing. Abandoned ship with not even a goodbye note. I think I am not the only one unhappy and dreading the prospect of having to call any of my creditors who will be paid late and having to apologize--because the United States Postal Service failed to deliver my mail!
