Usps Corsicana, tx the worst service possible: mail person left several times packages on the street , not even behind the mail box. Called the supervisor and he defended her, was rude; didn’t even listen to what I have to say.

Worst mail service ever. Every time the temp comes my tracked packages say delivered but my box is empty so he either is robbing customers or delivering to the wrong people.

Our mail was not delivered until around 8:00 pm tonight. I was tracking my package that was supposed to be delivered. It was not delivered although the tracking now shows it was delivered. It is either still in the truck or delivered to the wrong house. I watched the truck make 2 u turns at the end of my street and I thought for sure he was coming back to my house. He drove right past. There is a substitute mailman who does this a lot. I couldn’t see his face but my guess is it is him because our regular mailman is wonderful. This is on Briarwood Street.

UPS dropped a golf club off on your dock yesterday at 12:21pm. Tell me why it would be so difficult to have delivered it to me, to whom it was addressed, today. Not too sure you have a valid excuse, so deliver it!

We run a business in town. We are open and our mail carrier is just not leaving our package and putting a slip in the mail box that the package wont fit in it. I mean its right by our store. Do they not bring stuff to the door? Now we have customers waiting for items and can't get them until Monday?

We put a hold on our mail multiple times and have found it delivered when we arrived home (that was within the hold period). We fill out the yellow stop/hold mail cards as instructed and they were not followed, then were told to also call the postmaster when we turn in the cards. We try to comply however the post office will not answer the phone! We have to dial multiple times as post office will not answer the phone and it disconnects after a set number of rings! We asked to have a package delivered on a specific date & it was not delivered. Talked to the postmaster on this item.

We called our water, trash company, and the hospital this last week because we have not received bills we knew were coming. Each said they had mailed them. We got a new carrier, and he has not been delivering our mail. When I called the water company, he said we were the 5th customer to call in the last week who did not get their bill. Please be aware that our new carrier is having issues.

I can’t get over how long it takes for mail to get delivered in this town! I live in San Diego and mail I send to Indiana gets there faster ! I sent a package priority mail and my son didn’t get it until 3 days after it was scheduled to arrive! Then too it was all beat up and broken open! I sent an envelope with important papers to him a week ago and he still hasn’t received it! I’m not a happy camper!! I feel sorry for the people who live in Corsicana as it appears their mail service is quite unreliable and below standards of what is expected of the US Postal service!

I sent my boyfriend a package on October 2nd. He just received it, and the picture frame glass I sent was cracked when he opened the package. I watched the lady at the front desk stamp FRAGILE all over my package, yet it was still broken. I am EXTREMELY unhappy with this because I paid extra because the package was fragile.

I looked for Corsican post office. This site's map shows it in Emhouse. Kinda silly.

Our company just received 3 Christmas cards that were returned for insufficient postage. Our cards also contained a small desk calendar so they did require extra postage. According to our Pitney Bowes electronic postage meter they needed 90 cents for first class. We put on 2 stamps at 49 cents each to be covered. This post office returned them for postage due of 14 cents. That's 24 cents higher than the 90 cents that our meter read. When I weighed them here they weighed 2.1 oz. According to the Corsicana post office they weigh 3.4 oz. We sent out over 100 Christmas cards with the calendars in them and these are the only ones that we received back. Obviously, someone at this post office doesn't know how to weigh mail.
