I have been having problems with my mail being picked up AND delivered for about a year now.
I put my flag up only to find the flag down, mailed delivered but out going mail still in the box up to 3 days later.
Has there been a new Postmaster in the last year or do they just hire anyone to deliver the mail these days?
Someone is dropping their responsibilities somewhere.
I don't know who to blame but if I can't depend on my mail carrier to pick up or deliver my mail, just let me know so I can make other arrangements.
I take care of my business. I expect others to take care of theirs.
If those who get paid to do a certain task can't, let them go and find someone who can.
I do understand it takes time to learn new routes and such but it's been a year.
The help is only as good as the leader.
We have gone up to 5 days at times with no mail delivered and when we do get mail, the majority of it isn't ours. We are concerned that our mail is being delivered to the wrong people. We used to have an excellent mail carrier and for the past month or so it has been very off.

CANNOT REACH THE LOCAL POST OFFICE BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT PICKING UP THE PHONE! Getting lots of mail that isn't mine.
PLEASE REDELIVER AND LEAVE THE PACKAGE AT THE FRONT DOOR> THERE IS A NOTE TAPED TO THE DOOR WITH MY SIGNATURE AND ON IN THE MAIL BOX.
I am new to TEXAS AND HAVE NO IDEA WHERE THE POST OFFICE IS!!
Mailbox outside is overflowing. Each postal patron drives up, inserts mail, it falls on the ground, they drive forward a little, pick up the mail from the ground, stuff it in mailbox and drive off. The next customer does the same thing. This happened 6 times in a row while I watched.
Someone stole my pole and my mailbox at 13211 Highway 105 E. I know I will buy another box, but I think I have to wait for you to replace the metal pole since its on a highway? Please advise.
I have been in attempts to contact SOMEONE at this post office for hours. I have tried to call numerous times and cannot get anyone to answer a phone. Looking here it seems like a common theme. I have been waiting on a package for 2 weeks now and it was out for delivery yesterday and then somehow did not get delivered and they are sending it back to the sender. I have been calling and calling trying to intercept this package before it gets shipped back across the country and I am waiting another month to get it. They are awful at answering the phone! I will post an update after I got up there in a little while and get ahold of them in person.. Or when i get out of jail from calling them out on this stupid crap.
I have a package at this PO I sent from another city in Texas that has been there for 10 days now (Since June 30). It was mailed on June 29. Today is July 10 and still no delivery. What is going on here?
They do not answer the phone and I cannot get anyone at USPS to give me answers. Is this really a business?
I agree with other people. You never, ever answer the phone!! And once again. My package is out for delivery but not delivered. I had 2 Out for delivery , 1 was delivered. The other, I am STILL WAITING! Once again. This seems to happen once every 2 months!
Just a update. Our pkg which was so called quote delivered yesterday after 4 00 PM. Is still not here. Driver off today. What a Crock of it. Both pkgs were out for delivery. 1 was delivered in box after 1 00 PM. Other was still out for delivery till after 4 then said delivered, lol! Never had 2 mail deliveries before! oh yeah, try this number 936 441 6055Got a answer!

How come you never answer the phone? Your service is beyond horrible. Were you trained by Comcast?
I have been trying to receive a package since 5/25/17. It has gone back and forth from College Station to Conroe. Just like the other comments below no one answers either # that I have for this location. I have been very disappointed with USPS and I will never order anything shipped via USPS nor will I ship anything this way either. If I could receive my regular mail through another source, I would. The item I ordered was for my daughter's soccer coach as an end of the season gift from the team. The game was 2 weeks ago and now I am still trying to at least her the gift even though the special moment for the little team and their coach is ruined. This was my daughter's first time to play on an organized team and this part of the memory is ruined. Now if I ever receive it, it will not only be late but I will have to pay additional charges to get it to her.
I have made two attempts to call on Saturday June 3, 2017 and 5 attempts to contact the Conroe, TX US Postal Office and no one is answering. I am trying to set up an appointment for passport which require us to set up an appt. by phone, but how can we do that if no one answers the phone.
We get a lot of other peoples mail, so I'm sure some of ours doesn't make it to us, that's why I am complaining. We haven't been getting our bank statements and on occasion other mail such as credit card statements etc.....I'm aware sorting is done by a machine, however I don't know if it's double checked by the carrier before it leaves the post office or before it's put in the appropriate box. At least one of our bank statements was returned to the bank, so I now have to fill out a form for an address change even though we didn't move before they will start sending out our statements again. I don't know if there has been a change in carriers or if the machines need to be replaced or re calibrated or whatever gets done to them when there is so much mail going to the wrong addresses. I hate to think people are trying to reach you by phone. I've tried and redialed for over 1/2 an hour and no one answered or took a message. ***I am reporting that a key is stuck in the parcel lock of the community mailbox located on Silveridge, Conroe, TX 77304. I cannot get my urgent package out.
Put in a change of address...not getting any mail at the new house. Tried calling the number to verify the change of address and no one answered. It was at 1:15 PM on a Monday. Not sure how to get a hold of anyone.
