Yet another lost package- says delivered but it’s nowhere to be found. This is ridiculous! Details people… pay attention to the details!

A medication I take was returned by your post office on January 4 at 4:06 pm. I need to know why this was done immediately.

Very disappointed in the USPS. Our cluster mailbox was “compromised”, as the note on the mailbox states, three weeks now. It has yet to be repaired. My mail is sitting on a shelf at the Cibolo, TX post office. PLEASE FIX THE BOX AND DELIVER MY MAIL. I am in quarantine due to health risks and cannot go into the post office

Not to forget the lost packages but my mom went in to get some international stamps and they were super rude to her and complained about her not buying anything and wasting their time!! If you had stamps then she would have bought them jerks!! Both of those boys at the counters need to get their attitudes adjusted!!

Missing yet ANOTHER two packages. That's $100+ I have had to replace myself. My daughter is late receiving textbooks and a birthday gift ordered. Both lost....magically disappeared, and the phone at PO is ALWAYS busy. This is ridiculous. Lived here 25 years and there is always an issue with mail.

The staff at this location are hard working and dedicated. I have been going to this location monday-friday for the past 6 years. I have seen them handle many irate and irrational customers in a calm and helpful manor on multiple occasions. They are the ideal mail staff.

I recently moved into my mother in laws house to help with my newborn. I still have my house but I forwarded my mail to my mother in laws so I didn’t have to make a trip just for mail. I had not checked my mail in my other house for a while due to pregnancy complications when I submitted the forwarding address. So I went to check to make sure there was no mail in the mailbox and my key didn’t work. So i submitted a request to fix my lock, because I wanted to check to make sure my mailbox was empty. When I get a call back from the cibolo post office the person who called me stated I am not allowed to have two postboxes so they changed my lock on my mailbox. Then I stated all I want to know is if there is mail in there, he stated “well that is not the original request”... why else would I want the key but to check to see if there’s mail in it!?! Ok then I asked him if I have any mail in that mailbox or was it forwarded and he said he wouldn’t know and a min later he stated the mail box is empty. He just was getting very rude and going back to the “original request was to fix the lock”, yes so I can check to see if there’s mail in it! I ended up hang up on him because he kept just repeating himself. Very frustrating. I still don’t know if that mailbox is completely empty or not. Also I didn’t know that even though I still own the house that they’ll just change the locks on the mail box, I’ve never had any other post office change the locks on me before. Even when I’ve sold a house I’ve always been able to give the new owners the mailbox key.

Why is it so difficult to get mail into the correct box? The mailing address is right there on a tag. I my neighbor deliver two packages to me that was put in his box instead of mine. I have had to do the same. Pay attention to details!

I cannot get anyone to answer the phone. The 877 number does not work. This is very frustrating.

good Luck Mark and Tammy Hovland. you will be lucky if this post office doesnt return all your mail to sender causing you mountains of problems they didnt need to cause. then if you are out of town you will NOT BE ABLE to contact the PO itself. again.. GOOD LUCK.

postal employees need to disclose the information that the 3 to 5 day delivery is not honored. They charged 56.25 usd, is not going to be delivered until probably 10 to 12 days. it is too expensive, and if I remember correctly the other available option for approximately those 10 to 12 days is around 25.00 dollars. they should stop offering the 3 to 5 day term. I want a refund for the difference.

They refuse to answer the phone. If the phone rings they hang up on you and when you call back they just take the phone off the hook

I find it disheartening that I should show up 5 minutes late and be turned away when the people are still in there. I now live an hour away and between that and work I have little time to pick up my certified mail. I knocked on the closed door which still held customers in it at the time and was given the shaken Mutumbo finger. If this is company policy then by all means disregard this but I will now have to wait another week to get this mail and it would've taken a matter of 1 minute to help me. Big bertha and friend will get home on time tonight though so that's one plus.

Received a package in a garbage can liner that looked liked it was dunked in water! No notes, nada! No wonder USPS is going bankrupt!
