Haven’t received any mail since last Thursday. Went to post office she said she would call me. But nothing. I get all my heart and diabetes meds in the mail. I’m expecting some now!

Worst service ever. This has been going on for years but just keeps getting worse. These guys deliver mail only when it's convenient for them. They did not show up on Saturday 7/18 or Monday 7/20. I rec'd message my meds were out for delivery 7:10 am Monday 7/20 and 7:49 pm I get a message delivery was not possible due to no access to delivery location. WTF? My mailbox is on the street! Just say you didn't show up again because that's what really happened.

Nichol answered phone and said call back. Wanted to check on my box rent. Called 3 mins later and asked for help and she said call back later that only had one person working up front. Okkkkk. Started to ask her where I can go to get info online and she hung up on me

Pardon me, I know this is probably way far fetched, but I am trying to help my fiancé find his biological father. He's never met him and it just breaks my heart. This is the best lead we have.. So we know that he worked there in 1996-97 while a woman named Stacey Hughes was working there as well. If there is any information that is allowed to be given, please help me.

I have contacted the USPS Postal Service twice and never received a response. Some of my mail is being returned marked that I have moved and left no forwarding address. Then I have received two pieces of mail recently, including my water bill, that have the yellow labels saying I moved but it got delivered. And some Saturdays, a group of us on our street get no mail...hmmm...does the carrier just skip us. On Monday, lots of mail. Service is under par. And marking my mail that I have moved is someone's error and causing me issues.

the box for the Macclesby and Sommercoats street needs to be checked, Got package today and could not open box. Found carrier and he finally got open. It has been a problem for some time. Neighbor could not open it when she got a package and I recommended WD-40, evidently that did not work so maintenance needs to look at it.

Hi I called you for help with the company's mail, which we have not received any today or for days. I was given the number 713-453-8136 to call, which is the Post Office that delivers to Laguna. I have called 4 times about the mail. Lady name Jenkins said she would call me back, but never did, because she left for the day. I called and spoken to a gentleman, which also, told me he would help. I was told the Mail Lady was on her way that was around lunch time. I have called asking the same gentleman, which I do not recall his name. He told me the lady said she was on her way. I'm here that work time 4:25pm and no mail. I have called 713-453-8136 and now I get the busy signal. What is going on with the mail service. This is a business and we need our mail to be deliver everyday per Post Office time/day. Please help!
