For the last 2 days my bank has called me informing me that my statements have been returned to the post office with a label saying "undeliverable" I'm saying it was not a valid address. The bank called me to verify the address and it is the address that I have been using for the last 18 years. What is going on with the post office and why is my mail not getting to me? How much more is not getting to me?

Buena Vista neighborhood mail service has deteriorated to the point of being useless. Every day I have to take other people’s mail from my box and deliver it to them. Have no idea where my mail is going. We used to have excellent service. All of my neighbors appear to have the same complaint. Tried to file online complaint but the website is a government labyrinth.

I was to receive a package from Amazon on July 3, 2021. On that date, I received notice from the postal carrier that the item had been delivered and placed in my mail box. Well, I went to check and no package. Where was it delivered to? 9374889739009071064974 is the USPS tracking number?

I've been waiting on a package for almost 2 weeks I live in an apartment complex at Rhomberg apartments and I think the mail man keeps putting the key in the wrong box. I have had time to come in there. There two big boxes that they put packages in and then they put the key in the owners mailbox but I think twice now they've come back with it and keep putting the key in the wrong box. Please when will I get my package been waiting that's money I'm out This is why I hate ordering stuff this always happens

For 15 years our mail delivery was very good. Then a few weeks ago it went to terrible, I totally lost mail delivery for at least 10 days, where it went nobody knows. Many packages dropped on my porch to the wrong address. etc. It still continues. The new mail delivery service they set up is terrible. I called the Burnet post office & complained. A fellow named Johnny answered, listened to my complaints, but would not let me talk to the postmaster. He promised things would get better in several days. He lied to me. The postmaster in Burnet needs to be fired immediately! They took my tele # & promised to call me back. They lied again. Craig "Dutch" Smeins a very unhappy customer as of 7/29/2020

My burnet bulletin is not being delivered. i called them and they tell me call the post office. the trouble with that they do not answer the phone at the usps office. so i guess i have to take off work. Daniel was right, since Lupe left the usps service has declined.

since Lupe has retired....each week at least once...usually more....neighbors bring my mail from theirs....one of my payments for a water will has been lost in the mail apparently....had to cancel that check and resend another...a package that was deliver had broken items in it...have heard from several neighbors of similar stories....when they do call the Burnet USPS.....the main complaint is the person they speak too makes excuses and pretty much blows off the concerns of the caller....

I visit this post office often. Anytime there is a problem with my packages ( that I send out) they call me personally. Teresa is friendly and goes above and beyond her call of duty. The place is clean and usually it's easy in and out for me. Thanks Burnet USPS.
